Mike is awesome! I hired him to replace an old sand filter with a new cartridge filter. After the installation we had issues getting the pool to prime (due to an unrelated issue) and Mike went above and beyond to get the pool system up and running. He was responsive, on time and returned to make sure whatever issues remaining were addressed. He does excellent work and always goes that extra mile to make sure his customers are happy. I will absolutely be using Mike again and again in the future!

My initial appointment with our sales rep Brad Reeves was very informative and easy. We told him exactly what we wanted to do and he walked us through how it will be done, the process and the time frame that it will be completed in. Ritzcraft assigned Nelso as our project manager and he communicated with us throughout the entire process. Anytime we had a question he was responsive and he also provided us a few tips and tricks that were very helpful. The project got completed earlier than expected and we are very happy with the results. I'd recommend Ritzcraft to anyone who is looking to repair their pool or build a new one.

I highly recommend Amazon pools for your pool renovation. The owner Walter was a pleasure to work with and confidently addressed all of our concerns during our pool renovation which involved the removal and replacement of the water line tile in our 22 year old pool.
