Basement remodel: Demo'ed demising walls, installed insulation, new wall board, new ceiling, new can lights, removed old flooring and replaced with birch-like ceramic tiles, rebuilt fireplace box and installed slate tile surrounding the fireplace, installed new wet bar with granite countertop and an undercounter drinks fridge, installed new laundry room with cabinetry and granite countertop, installed new storage closet and closet surrounding mechanical, painted the entire basement
