Kali ConcreteTroy was helpful and flexible to determine the cold weather requirements for a good pour in January. He suggested a vendor for a ground thaw machine rental and the process for success in working in sub freezing weather. Based on the weather forecast, we moved up the thawing, forming, inspection, and pour. Poured on a 14 degree cloudy day which they had to work quickly to get it worked. Covered and heated to get a good cure before the sub zero weather came in February. Was able to leave the curing blankets on for 3 weeks. Turned out well .- BRIAN H.

We've been installing concrete, brick, and stone in the Twin Cities for over 80 years. Our employees have been with us an average of 20 years.
Recent Review:
This is one of the worst contractors we've ever worked with. They do poor work, don't build to code, and have deceptive pricing. I would strongly encourage you not to hire them. We hired them to remove a retaining wall and replace our steps and sidewalk. The new sidewalk looks awful, way worse than the old one they replaced. They also didn't remove all of the old wall, and they didn't fix the grade of the hill, which they said they would. My wife and I spent most of the weekend after they left fixing the grade, removing the rest of the wall, and raking up all the little pieces of concrete they left. My neighbor also caught them throwing garbage bags in a dumpster he had in his driveway. And they also didn't replace the railings on the steps (which are required by code). They didn't tell me they weren't going to replace them until after all the work was done, and even then only after I asked them twice. So I didn't have a chance to keep the old ones (they had already taken them away). I probably wouldn't have hired them in the first place if I knew the cost of the railings wasn't in their bid. But, that was probably their goal, to make the bid look lower than it was.

We hired Tony and his crew from Form and Pour Cement Works and couldn't be happier. When my wife and I moved into our home, we quickly discovered some major drainage issues that needed to be addressed right away. Tony and his team regraded and pour a new cement patio, front sidewalk and steps to our entryway, and replaced the first 12 feet of slab in front of our garage. We were impressed with Tony's hardwork-ethic, skill, and craftsman ship, as well as the speed of their work. We now have all of our water grading issues accounted for and will be able to enjoy our new concrete work for years to come. We highly recommend Form and Pour Concrete Works!
