    We wholeheartedly recommend 4 Season Remodeling & design and we are not new customers… but a repeat ones. Jacob and his team did an amazing job with a full redo of our backyard. They were professional, courteous, easy to get along with, and did great work. We found his fees to be very reasonable, and we appreciated his detailed estimate. Here is a list of why we recommend Jacob. 1. Impeccable Design. Jacob referred us to a landscape designer who did a phenomenal job with designing the project. The designer was reasonably priced and responsive to our feedback and edits. 2. Accurate Estimation. After he received our final plans, Jacob provided a detailed line-by-line estimate. No other estimates were as detailed. 3. Phenomenal Crew. Jacob’s crew was professional, courteous, and they finished the project on time. They did a great job with a new retaining wall, new trees, new shrubs, an extension of our patio, new sprinkler zone, drainage, and a zone of artificial turf to support our new swing set. They had clearly done several of these projects in the past. 4. Changes. Jacob and I agreed on several changes through the project (e.g., new sprinkler zone and some additional trees) and the final invoice accurately reflected those changes.     I hired MDRN remodeling to do several projects at the beginning of 2021, including exterior paint, new flooring, a complete backyard renovation & a bathroom renovation. I have heard so many nightmare experiences of contractors acting in bad faith or projects coming out to be 3x as expensive as originally quoted. I feel very fortunate that my experience was the complete opposite. First and foremost, the work done on my house was extremely well done. Everything came out beautifully & way better than I originally anticipated. The project only was more expensive than the original budget when I decided to make upgrades on materials, other than that it was extremely close to the original plan. Communication from the MDRN team was constant, consistent, professional & stress free. I never felt any pressure to do anything I wasn't comfortable with, and if we ever hit a snag, all of my options were laid put to me in an honest and thorough way. All of the crews who were in and out of my house were also professional, kind, thoughtful & diligent. Great communication & follow through. I would absolutely hire MDRN to do additional work on my house, and am happy to be a reference for anyone who is considering working with them

I called them and was immediately impressed by the level of customer service provided by the office staff. Evelyn was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all my questions. Before I knew it, we had set the meeting date to further discuss what we were looking for. Compared to other meetings we’ve set up with contractors in the past, this felt so different. The owner Jonathan came to meet with my husband and I, he was kind and very interested in hearing every detail of what we wanted. You could tell he is passionate about making customers happy and giving them their dream remodel. Not only did they deliver on giving us our dream kitchen, we added some minor improvements to our back patio as well. They are a great company to work with, very honest, efficient and responsive. Overall, we knew what we wanted when we decided to re-landscape our front and back yard, but going from head to paper to reality doesn’t always happen mainly because we wanted too much that at the end would not look good. Lucky for us, Jacob, with his exceptional experience and knowledge, could make it happen. Jacob’s knowledge as an arborist made it easy for us to communicate our ideas while taking advantage of his design expertise.     Jacob at 4 Season Remodeling & design just completed an extensive overhaul of our front, back and side yards (which included extensive hardscaping, landscaping, lighting and irrigation). Before this project, we had a 1980s home with a warm modern interior BUT a very dated exterior that was detracting from / conflicted with the feel of our home. After working with Jacob, the exterior now compliments the house — it is modern and warm with spotless lines and is awesome to come home to each day, I would recommend 4 Season Remodeling & design without question. We will gladly work with him again on future projects. We LOVE the finished product and have only positive things to say about the working experience (from design to demo to planting). At the outset, Jacob listened to our preferences and translated a high level conversation into a thoughtful and well-planned design concept. He listened to our budget and worked with us on decision points / trade-offs that would materially impact the cost of the project. Finally, he offered recommendations and responded to questions throughout the project. His crew is professional, super hard working and detail oriented, and made steady progress every single day. The project included extensive concrete work (e.g., newly poured keeping walls, a modern staircase that creates a fluid and open entry way to our house, a newly poured driveway and block steps around the perimeter of our house), desert scape plants that are BEAUTIFUL, lighting and irrigation. I would recommend 4 Season Remodeling & design without question. We will gladly work with him again on future projects

    We went and hire Top Pros Construction because they impressed us with how prepared and knowledgeable they were in the initial meeting. Large remodeling projects can overwhelm for many reasons, and our project was no exception. Besides a full-scale kitchen remodel that included knocking down a couple walls, we added on an electrical upgrade plus a master bathroom remodel that extended the project a few more months. Although the remodel took much longer than expected (4 months), that seems to be normal for any construction project. This was because of a few delays in ordering parts, which resulted in postponed work days. In the end, the kitchen and master bathroom turned out absolutely gorgeous, and the design was exactly what we were envisioning. Thank you to Erez, Yaron, and the entire Top Pros Construction team, including the office staff who helped build the kitchen and master bathroom we have been wanting for years

    Erez, Ben and the guys at Top Pros Construction did a stellar job on our big home remodeling project. We added a second story to our Los Angeles home, nearly doubling it in size. We also moved a kitchen and living room wall and completely gutted our kitchen. We basically rebuilt the entire home, while doing our best to change the character of our home.We had tried to start this process several years back, running into snags and unethical contractors along the way, and are so happy that we landed in the capable hands of this team. At every step along the way, we felt honestly communicated with and cared for on a personal level. Besides this, all the subcontractors they worked with were top-notch and considerate of our neighbors. Not only did they do a remarkable job and make our house the talk of the neighborhood, they went above and beyond to really be sure we were always 100% happy with all the work being done. Even with the pandemic hitting right in the middle of our project, they finished within our original timeline as promised.     MDRN (Guil and Eyal) did an amazing job of renovating our entire house, managing their crew, and working within our budget. And his team did quite a bit of work (recessed lights, updating internet infrastructure, painting every room, staining support beams, replacing all floors & all doors, new baseboards, new tile in the bathrooms, new vanities, and 5 different custom walnut pieces). He was available to us day and night if we never needed anything or had any questions or concerns. If there were any issues, Guil would take full responsibility and ensure the issues were corrected.     My family and I just relocated back to LA from Arizona. Bought a home that we intended to remodel and upgrade with a new kitchen and bath, new roof, new paint for both interior and exterior, new flooring, and a new Room addition. So she that I found feel at home builders through Angie's list and was amazed at how many good reviews they have. So, I decided to get a bit from them. I got a bid from 5 construction companies and total ranging from 75000 to 250000. I need to understand why each bid was significantly different than the other in price, so I contacted them all and told them to email me a break down of their bids and also walk me through the schedule of work. Some, didn't send me the E mail, others didn't make much sense, Joe and another company where the easiest to understand. But you could tell Joe had more genuine care and love for the project. I felt it. Joe understood my budget, my timeline, and was pertinent on making sure my family and I knew exactly what would be going on with the construction from a to Z. Permits were pulled, engineering and blue prints were done properly, customer service were on their a game. All in all, I had a remarkable experience with this home building stuff that I thought would be a nightmare. You rock Joe!

    Our backyard was in need of a redo: We struggled to grow grass, and we wanted a space that would accommodate a trampoline and a small garden, as well as a dining table and sitting area, but still feel green and lush. After meeting with a few landscapers who suggested we get rid of the trampoline, rip up our existing brick patio and put pavers everywhere, we met Alisa from Motti's team. As a landscape designer, she really listened to what we wanted, and had great ideas for how to incorporate it all, as well as suggestions for garden planters and furniture. A week after our meeting, we got detailed plans that showed us just what the yard would look like, as well as what plants would look and work best. We then worked with Motti to tweak the plans, finalize the budget, and pick out materials, etc., and we were able to schedule the project within a few weeks time. Once the job started, Motti's team of workers were professional and efficient, and Motti stopped by daily to check the progress.
