SUN DOG CONSTRUCTIONIt was a involved process that took many weeks to complete which included taking down all of the walls to find the leaks, repairing the leaks and waterproofing the entire wall then putting the whole thing back to together again. It took longer than I was expecting b/c we then added on the leaking closet to be fixed as well. I have only seen the finished work in pictures and by word of mouth. Professional Handyman and ConstructionWithin 24 hours of leaving a message, Matt called me back and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. He was on time for the estimate, but two hours late when he returned to do the work (he did call and let me know he was running late). The area that needed work was at the top of the stairwell and very high up. He handled the job easily and professionally. I was very satisfied with his work.- LINDA L.

Hans KunzeVery well. Hans does beautiful work. I got several bids from other contractors to do different parts of the job. Hans was the only contractor who could do everything - the wood work, paint, repairs, and finish the garage. His bid was a little higher than the other bids for each part of the project but in the end he was willing to lower his price to do the entire project. Hans did all the work while I, my wife and four small children were living in the house. He did a great job working around our busy schedule and did a good job of minimizing any disruption to my family. The project took longer than anticipated due to the size of our project and Hans had other projects he was working on around the same time he was working on our house. I plan to have Hans come back to do more painting this spring. I highly recommend Hans Kunze.- Andrew p.

We are a small, local repair and remodeling company. We provide high detail service and pride ourselves on making every customer happy one homeowner at a time. If needed, we will ocassionally hire subcontractors to get the job done on schedule. If the job site distance exceeds 10 miles from the office there will be a $30 trip charge, which is due upon arrival. If hired for the project, the trip charge will be discounted on the invoice.

Frank was prompt, efficient, and nice to talk with. He was able to schedule the appointment with me for the morning after I called him. He completed all projects very well and is clearly a skilled handyman. The bed frame in particular was a lot of work, and he did an excellent job. I was glad I contacted him, and I highly recommend him.

I called the number in "Fruits", Co ( not sure where that is,) and the voice message said that it was full. So then I sent them a text asking if they could do some work in Wilson Ranch, and that was over 3 weeks ago and I have not heard from them since.

Horrible. We paid Dan Scott however he not only ‘disappeared’ midway through the job, but he never paid his subs.. despite claiming he had. The work he had done was subpar. He even had his 14 yr old son doing the work. Many mistakes and sloppy work. Awful remodel experience. No attention to detail. Save your money and hire actual professionals to do your remodel project.

These guys are scammers. They claim to be superior but do not be fooled. They promised to clean after painting and were to install a new door with a pet door. They left the house unlocked and front door wide open, there is overspray paint on everything - door knobs, wood blinds, speakers, shower doors, wood floors, bathtubs, tile floors, built in cabinetry.... There was paint spilled on the hard wood floor with a simple rag swipe across it, there are places that the wall wasn't even painted - behind the toilet tank, in the corner of the hall way ceiling.... They painted over nails in the walls and over anchors in the walls rather than remove and fill properly. AND they will not provide a receipt for the payment, despite being requested three separate times. The door (with doggie door) was never provided and the owner promised to reimburse for the cost of us purchasing and installing the door - but he has not done so. He has also promised three different times to get a cleaning crew to get the overspray taken care of but no-one has ever been sent. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
