Jd did an excellent job! Our shower was tiny we wanted to expand the job did not go as expected and jd was able to figure out a solution for us! The job turned out beautiful. Was always on time. Always responded to messages and phone calls. Gave a fair estimate. He will be doing any other home work we need in the future!

I was very pleased with Adcock Concrete. They did a tremendous job with my new driveway. I had recently bought the home and loved just about everything except the driveway which was flaking very badly throughout. I hired Adcock to remove my old driveway and walkway pour a new ones and it turned out fantastic. The newly poured concrete looks great with the house. I am already planning to use Adcock again to extend my back patio.

Positive experience. Roberto listened to what I wanted and saw that I got the work completed as I requested. The rain slowed the progress because the work area was made muddy so owner and crew made adjustments as needed. The work crew was friendly and responsive to my requests. Good suggestion to move AC unit off area to allow best concrete placement. The area looks great. The crew was careful to guard the brick on the house from concrete splashes.

Roberto was timely, a man of his word. He used a simple one page contract. His work was acceptable and commendable. Honesty was reinforced and I was at ease as he paid materials suppliers and totally eliminated the potential for mechanic's liens. An experience I look forward to again and again. Roberto has now completed another job to fine satisfaction.

Roberto was A++ through the whole experience. He and his crew were timely. Roberto updated me daily. I also stopped by each project once or twice each day. Roberto was always cordial and welcomed me each day. His progress was quick. He showed respect for the surrounding properties. His work quality was as represented and I have no complaints. He landscaped two properties: 554 W. Good Hope Circle unit D in Clifton, CO 81520 and 559 South Park Unit D 81520 as well. He removed tree stumps, garbage, overgrown weeds, replaced a cement deck and walkway on one and the rear deck on the other property.

Mike, the owner, came out and did the initial estimate. The start of the job was delayed because of the cold weather and the ground being frozen, but when they actually could start it went pretty quick. They had a crew of two or three most days and a couple more on the day they poured the new concrete. Mike was there almost every day to see the progress and make changes to the forms or other areas that he knew could be a problem or concerned him. He was there for the pour and did most of the finishing himself. This company and crew are true professionals and kept me informed and kept the area as clean as possible. I believe the whole experience took about a week from start to finish. I would indeed hire them for future projects.

When we purchased our current home in Grand Junction the property was well maintained in the front yard but the back yard was deplorable. The original owners had constructed a deck around an above ground pool. Part of the deck was in OK condition but a walkway down one side was falling apart. In addition, river rock used to improve the front yard was probably delivered and placed in the pool area which was no longer in use and had a plastic liner mesh left in place under the gravel. In addition, a pile of mud and lava rock was deposited on top of the gravel that had been removed from gardens in the front yard. A commercial storage building in the rear had an add-on structure that the owner had built for his golf cart. Because it had a flat roof, leaking from snow accumulation had ruined the floor and ceiling of the add on structure. We had been putting off doing something about the back yard for 3 years. We called one of the highly rated companies on Angie's list and they responded within 2 days to evaluate the job. We wanted the gravel and mud removed and a rock garden put in its place. The rotten part of the deck removed and the entire add on structure to the shed removed. I wanted rock put in place where the shed add on was located. I also wanted rock placed along the entire length of the back of the house to form a 3 foot walkway. In addition, we needed a 38 ft. section of fence replaced and a gate installed by the walkway. After getting the details the owner told me that he was very busy but would get me a quote after he returned from a trip the following week. I let a month go by and had no response so I called and he again indicated that he was very busy and contemplating hiring additional help but assured me he would E-Mail me a quote soon. I received it about two days later for $3850. Since we didn't see any other landscape contractors we liked, my wife decided to try the Yellow Pages. She found a company Grand Valley Landscape Services and gave them a call. The owner Roberto Gomez came out the next day. I discussed what I was planning and he had some VERY helpful suggestions. One of the best ones was to go with concrete flatwork for the walkway which he said he could do as inexpensively as gravel. I also wanted to pour a pad for my garbage cans in the front of the house since we were doing concrete. He approached the mud and lava rock differently and leveled and contoured it to make an attractive garden. At first I was going to forgo planting anything this season but he insisted that he wanted the job to look good and agreed to plant several xeriscape plants and run a drip line from the existing sprinkler system at no extra cost. He also suggested planting grass where the shed add on was removed and agreed to also plant grass on a 10 x 10 section where we had removed a tree and ground the stump earlier. He edged the garden with metal edging and removed the electrical from the add-on shed. He replaced the 38 ft. section of fencing with cedar 5 inch and cedar posts after removing the old fence and disassembling an iron gate frame. He built a new gate over the walkway. The completed job has made an incredible improvement to the look of our back yard. We can walk the length of the yard without having to dodge the dog's piles on the new walkway. Our garbage cans are easily rolled into place on the side of the house. The plants are doing nicely. The fence looks great and I'm going to have it stained to match the house color. The grass has grown in nicely. Roberto's bid for the entire job including materials was $3000 and he stuck to it in spite of continuous changes that we made along the way. He asked for NO money up front even when they got started and there were some labor and materials costs. I insisted on giving him half when the concrete was delivered and we paid the other half on completion. The walkway was appropriately sloped away from the foundation and tied in with re-bar drilled into the chain wall. He is a true landscape professional and his prices could not be better. He was able to provide us with references before we started the job and they spoke very highly of his company. I was surprised to find that he is not on Angie's List but I am very pleased to add his company and offer my highest recommendation for his work.

This company is excellent and deserving of an A rating in every category. Roberto is on top of every step of his business. He is punctual and kept us apprised of the progress at every step. He is courteous and responds quickly to phone calls and text messages. He is honest and hard working. They removed rose bushes from an existing flower bed, removed sod, installed landscaping fabric over the entire surface, installed curbing around a tree and the border parallel to the street, replaced sod with three different colors of rock, as well as larger boulder accents. The results are stunning! We spoke with two other landscaping companies before choosing Roberto for this job and the third try was a charm! The property is a rental that is often neglected by tenants. Roberto understood what we were looking for in terms of design and cost and worked with us to come up with the perfect landscape.
