PestNow was excellent. They've come out for two of the scheduled quarterly treatments, and came out once because we thought we had an issue. They were very responsive and pleasant and determined that what we thought was an issue was actual residual from the previous owner of the house. We haven't had any bug issues since their first treatment.

My husband was impressed with the guy that came out. He's professional. He did a good job. We thought they were reasonable. The nest was in a location that was difficult to get to so he couldn't get to it from the inside or the outside without ripping a path so he had to put a lot of insecticide into the area. I called them after midnight because they do 24 hour emergency service so they contacted me back within an hour and the person who I talked to who was on call just told me what to do to keep them contained in one of the bedrooms for the night and they were able to get somebody in in the morning on Friday. They're very prompt. He gave my husband guidelines. The work is guaranteed for 30 days and we haven't seen anything or heard anything in the attic. I got a quality company.

I LOVE PEST NOW. These guys are the best pest control company I've ever used. Lately we've been getting hit up by hard-sell reps from other pest control outfits who are trying to make us switch, but each time I've compared their services and price with what I'm getting from Pest Now, and I find I'm already getting a better deal. When we purchased our current house, it came with a one-year termite policy from Pest Now. After the first year, they came to do the annual inspection and I fully expected (as has been my experience with other companies) that they would find something "worrisome," or insist that we needed to sign up for more expensive and more frequent pest treatment. Instead, the Pest Now rep was pleasant, polite, thorough, and told us our house was in fine shape, and to just call if we had any problems with ants, carpenter bees, etc. As it happened, a few months later we started to see some ants in the house and some carpenter bees on our deck. One of the other companies was in the area, and they quoted me a price of $115 for quarterly spraying "if I signed up today," and they required a year-long contract. I called Pest Now and they said they could send someone the next day, with no service contract required. They sprayed the outside thoroughly and only charged $85, when the initial visit was usually higher. (They gave me the "established customer" price because of the termite contract.) The next day we had pouring rain, and I was afraid the pesticide had been washed away. I called Pest Now, and they sent the rep again the next day to respray for no additional charge. We haven't seen any ants or bees since. A couple of months later (earlier this week), I awoke to discover several wasps crawling on my bedroom rug. I followed their apparent trail to our under-eaves closet, opened the door, and almost had a stroke when dozens of wasps came flying out at me. I slammed the door, ran out of the room, and immediately called Pest Now. They sent someone over in less than an hour. He found a wasp's nest inside the wall of the closet where THOUSANDS of live wasps were buzzing (your could hear it through the wall). At one point there were hundreds of wasps in the room! Mac (the exterminator) dusted the room and closet with pesticide (an organic one that wouldn't be a problem for us or our dog), and said he would be back the next day to take care of any wasps inside the wall that were still alive. In the morning when Mac returned, there were only dead wasp carcasses! He sealed the hole in the wall with a foam filler so no other pest could enter, and presented me with the bill: $0, since this was apparently included in our regular $85 quarterly service. He even swept up the spider webs on the outside of the house on his way out. I can't imagine why I would ever want to switch from using Pest Now. They have been responsive, effective, and very reasonably priced, with no pushy salespeople. A+!

Rep showed up within 24 hrs, identified the type of problem (Paver Ants) and provided a detailed service options. Upon agreement, technician was scheduled within a few days. Was very prompt and courteous as well as thorough with baiting/spraying and other applications. We've only needed one follow up in a new area so far, which was covered under the service option. Again, the technician showed up within 24 hrs and re-treated the new area. After years of trying to control the ants on the property with big box store treatments, I'm sticking with Environmental Pest Control.

They had someone out the same day I called for an emergency. They had wonderful follow up. They called me to make sure everything is going okay.

ALWAYS THE SAME TECHNICIAN WHICH IS NICE. STAFF AND TECHNICIAN ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. SPECIAL REQUESTS ARE ALWAYS MET AND THEY ARE QUICK TO RESPOND TO SPECIAL NEEDS OR EMERGENCIES.

The technician, Andy, is always punctual, through and very friendly. He also came out in an emergency to remove a large hornet's nest. We have used this company for several years and are happy with the service.

They are a good company to work with, we have not had any problems. They have been very helpful whenever I have an emergency, they will work with you.

They are a bit expensive. He is always there within 24 hours after we call him. When we were on a quarterly treatment schedule he did not call in advance, but he has been good in all other aspects.

If I don?t like it or I get another visit from an uninvited critter they will come back at no cost. They have a competitive price. I can reach them 24 hours a day.

Wonderful service! I emailed around 10 or 11pm last night because I found mouse droppings and freaked out! I submitted a request for service on their website and received a call back within 24 hours to confirm their estimate, which was priced reasonably compared to their competitors. They were able to schedule me very quickly. The technician arrived promptly, explained their procedure, explained their techniques, and allowed me to ask any questions i had. He was extremely friendly and personable. We look forward to their quarterly, no-contract no-commit services in the future!

The guys came out as scheduled -- slightly early, actually (which is fine by me) -- and drilled holes in the front and back of the house for the poison. They patched everything and advised me about keeping the pets inside for 24 hours. They were efficient and very friendly to work with. Answered all my questions. I would definitely use them again.

I had two emergencies. On one occasion, we discovered that we had termites. They were out the same day. Another time, I discovered carpenter ants. Once again, they were out on the same day to take care of it.
