    Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No ... it's a Hummingbird moth. These moths come out during the day to feed upon nectar of flowers. They are rather plump and look a little bit like hummingbirds. Have you seen one lately? They're not very common so to spot one is a rare treat! 🌹

    This is the 1st fully Indigenous exhibit at Science North, that celebrates the knowledge, inventions, and contributions of First Peoples to science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). Indigenous peoples of Turtle Island have long demonstrated a great sense of ingenuity.(+)

    Yesterday, Science North hosted its Bluecoat Box fundraiser, presented by , to establish an Indigenous Programming Fund. Through donations from our community and support from our sponsors, including an additional $10,000 pledge from Vale, the event raised over $75,000!
