Your Castle Home Inspections Inc.Your Castle Home Inspections, a father-son team, did a wind mitigation inspection for me when I replaced the roof of my house. I found them to be personable, professional, punctual & thorough. Within a couple of days of the inspection, I received a complete report (including detailed, supporting pictures) of the findings. I was so impressed with this company that I hired them again when I found I needed a “4 Point Inspection” for my homeowner’s insurance. My appointment was scheduled within days, & I was kept apprised of their arrival which turned out to be earlier than scheduled. Both Doug & Seth came & performed the same quality of inspection that I had had previously. Both men were knowledgeable & professional & were obviously committed to what they do. I would definitely hire Your Castle Home Inspections again should the need arise & highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of home inspection.- Holly V.

He thoroughly explained their whole process, was punctual with being on time for the original estimate, followed up with us up to signing the deal, and continued to follow up after the job was done. The craftsmanship by the roofers, themselves, was impeccable. Showing up so early the day of the re-roof and somehow managing to finish it in ONE DAY was remarkable. At which time we contacted "Daniel M Ossman Drafting Service Inc". We had used Mr. Ossman's services once before and we're very happy with the results. Upon speaking with Daniel, and he felt our sense of urgency he quickly made himself available to us and visited our job site. He then took measurements discussed what our plans and needs were and also made some suggestions. I'm very short time I received a call back from Daniel as he completed the Plans including arranging for the engineering the stamp and it's not ready to review them with us. Once again he made himself available and delivered the plans to us. They were all that we needed and more and our renovation was back on track. It was a wonderful experience working with YETI Construction. The entire operation is professional and the job is done right. Every person there is polite, helpful, calm and responsive. Brothers, Monte Jr. and Paul, are highly collaborative and have great vision. The demo crew, which included Monte Sr, was fast and efficient. Their finish work, handled by Angie and Gwyn, is impeccable. I miss having them around! These day you may have to wait for materials to be available, but YETI will keep you apprised of the manufacturers' delays and leave no stone unturned finding the parts you need.

We had an unfortunate accident when a car drove into my garage door, through the garage wall and then into the laundry room wall which did significant damage to my home. After the accident we started contacting contractors in the area and we got all kinds of different responses such as , they won't even consider to giving an estimate if insurance companies are involved and if I ask for an estimate I need to sign a guarantee that I will go with the company for the project or they are entitle to charge me a fee just for the estimate. Once I talked to AAA Services Jim put me an ease that they could handle the work and provide an estimate with no strings. The estimate they provided came very close to the estimate from the insurance company so we decided to go with them. The work took about a month and they explained day by day who was coming out, what work was being done and how long it would take which was very much appreciated. After the work was completed the garage, laundry room and Den counter top has never looked better. Thanks to Jim, Allie, Joe and everyone at AAA Services and their sub contractors for getting our home back in working order with minimal disruptions. Scope of work. - Replaced the garage door. - Removed all the debris from the accident. - Rebuilt the wall frames, added new dry wall, textured and painted. - Rebuilt cabinets. - Replaced crack granite counter top. - Replaced the flooring.

We hired Dave and his crew to remodel our 35-year-old 1800 sq. ft. Condo. Literally, they made this place look like it was just built. They were professional and knowledgeable. We were living in Franklin, TN, so Dave had to handle all of the little details. When we moved in we felt like we were on TV, I was waiting for someone to say "move that bus". Dave designed the new kitchen lighting, installed the new cabinets, countertops backsplash, all of the plumbing fixtures, and flooring. Removed popcorn ceiling. We also remodeled both bathrooms and closets. added Tiled the patio with cabinets and a granite counter. You will not find anyone that is more focused on detail.
