Greg Spivey RemodelingWe moved into our new (existing) home in Sept 2021 and wanted a complete re-do of our fireplace. And a 3rd bay added to our garage for storage space of our lawn and other outdoor equipment. Having contracted Spivey Remodeling in the past at our previous address and being very pleased with their work, we contracted them again for our new home. The old fireplace was stone from top of chimney down to the foundation. The new fireplace is very elegant and a stand out from what it was. The garage addition turned out super! Kieth’s tile work is fantastic and he saves his customers money by having them buy the materials. He was always helpful and quick when material questions came up and offered excellent advise on design options and places to purchase whatever would be needed. Mr Grout & TileI called Mr. Grout and he called me right back to set up a time to assess the issue and provide an estimate. He noticed a hairline crack in the floor that needed to be repaired, in addition to the caulk work I knew I needed. Tony came a few days later and did the work at a very reasonable price. I very impressed with this Co. owned by Jordan & Alex Smith, I had never worked with a contractor before, we had always done any work ourselves in the past but sad to say I am to old now ( Age 80 ) they removed old ceramic tiles in the kitchen & also put in new underlayment . The new wood floor looks wonderful, I am so pleased how it came out. Alex & Jordan are a joy to work with.
