Molloy RoofingExcellent. It was taken care of quickly and without annoyance inside. Price was very reasonable and stayed to the estimate. The estimator was able to explain technical aspects of roofing scenarios that was very helpful to my understanding. The roof was initially installed by Molloy in 2004. The house inspector complimented the extra care and precision that he saw at the time of the home purchase. Roofers were very professional. Niel is very nice person and easy to work with and after the installation he even give me up grade warranties to silver. American Weathertechs LLC - CincinnatiShortly after we moved into our house, we noticed a significant water leak coming in through our dining room window when it rained. Being new homeowners, we didn't have tons of money to spend on big projects. Luckily Shawn Hodge and Dave Weekly were both able to come out and help diagnose that it was the roof that was the problem. The work didn't take very long to be done and AWT also rescreened some of my screens for me as well which was extremely nice! Office staff is pretty prompt at replies and very accommodating. Would recommend to everyone! This is truly a company that cares about their customers and making sure they are served.- Megan M.

My experience was professional and top notch from the time I initially met with Randy to discuss process, materials, etc. to the day(s) the roof was laid. During the initial meeting, I had a lot of questions and Randy was happy to answer all of my questions. Once the team arrived, they got busy right away and you could tell this team had been together for awhile. Everyone knew their job, did fantastic work and a thorough clean-up. These guys worked hard! I never thought of a roof adding to the beauty of a home but ours sure does. I want to share with you all my experience with total home roofing. I feel the need to do this because I have recommended them several times on this site and others. Now I feel honor bound to scream buyer beware after the sale you are dropped like a hot potato! I hired them for a metal roof installation and signed with them in August knowing it would be several weeks till they started. They started thanksgiving week and did not finish until December 21st. There were delays in materials, no workers available and that was a long month for them to put on my roof still, I remained patient. When the broke off a sprinkler I noted it with them nothing was done so I fixed it. When they broke both my screen doors because they didn’t know how to use the metal slides, I let them know nothing done so again I fixed it. When a worker fell off the roof I was extremely upset calling the Forman it had me crying my eyes out. When the job was done and the metal tabs they left to divert water was dumping water at the face of anyone coming to my front door, I sent Eli a video with no response so again I had to fix it! When payment was due and believe me it was not cheap they tried to charge me for extra plywood that was not used it just sat in my yard getting soaked. Luckily I had taken pictures of it and they adjusted the bill but VERY SHADY ! Now the back of the house was flooding over into my patio sitting area so I figured the gutters were full (trash wrappers, screws, cardboard rolls all living in my gutters not cleaned up after they left, I got on the ladder (at my age and poor health not good )and there is only an inch to try to get my fingers in to clean it! The back gutter now rendered useless. I have been calling since March 2nd and again NO RESPONSE . Buyer beware I now have zero trust that this company will honor any warranty!

I've been meaning to write this for quite some time. We had Solid Roofing provide us a completely new roof for our 24 year old home in Foster City. We had about 4-5 estimates from other roofers. Alex, by far, was the most informative and thorough roofing contractor. He and his crew are just amazing, from start to finish. We felt safe and well taken care of. They covered every detail. We have had a lot of work done on our house with multiple contractors and this contractor was the only one that did a perfect job without a headache. I've told all my neighbors about Alex and Solid Roofing. They have all remarked how nice our home looks with the new roof.
