  OMG...Mikes is the best. Storm and his team were awesome. They did everything he said they would do They were on time, they work very well together as a team and actually got the job done before I thought they would. I could tell by the way they did this job, they had done this many times before. They knew exactly what they were doing. They are also very reasonably priced.   Absolutely great! I had contacted several places with most not even returning my call/email. Not these guys! Although they were 50 miles from us, they called us back almost immediately and made an appointment. The day of the appointment called for snow and sleet and I was worried they'd cancel, but they didn't. They kept their appointment and called us twice to give us an ETA. They used ingenuity, teamwork and brute strength to get the beast of a safe out and on the truck. If I could include pictures I would. Professional, knowledgeable, reliable and reasonable.   We built a house less than 3 years ago and were devastated to find that the backyard was a swamp even after the yard had settled and the grass had grown in. I began a search online for yard excavation and drainage. I found Extreme Excavating and had Kyle come out for a quote. Immediately, I knew that Kyle and Extreme Excavating was the company for us. His knowledge and experience was evident from the first minute we met. I am someone who always gets multiple quotes on big projects, but I was so impressed by him knowledge and professionalism that I didn’t even bother to waste my time with another quote. I knew I wanted Extreme to do the project no matter the cost. Kyle and his team transformed our backyard and fixed all of the problems that our builder caused.   Five stars isn't enough for this fabulous company. If one wants to find out why small locally owned businesses are the way to go, give them a try for your roofing needs. We bought our home in 2006. It came with a roof composed of a layer of original shake, plus three full layers of deteriorating asphalt shingle. In 2008, we took a chance on the newly founded Triple Peaks Roofing Co. They did a complete tear off of what was estimated to be 12 tons of old roofing materials and installed a brand new roof and venting. Absolutely fantastic job, fantastic clean-up, particularly given the amount of material removed. Flash forward 18 years. Last week's winds, removed a four to five foot section of ridge vent. I discovered it while mowing the lawn. With rain predicted for Sunday, I was understandably concerned about water damage. I reached out to Triple Peaks about tarping the roof and getting it repaired. They said that they would be out that day. They also asked if I had photos of the damage. I did and they sent me a link to upload them. At about 5PM the owner himself showed up. Not with a tarp, but rather a replacement ridge vent section. As our shingle style has been discontinued, he had also managed to track down a bundle of it so that it would match. He proceeded to install the newly shingles vent. Problem solved and at a way, way more than fair cost. He also left us with the remainder of the bundle should we need any further repairs before it is time to replace the roof. When it is, Triple Peaks definitely will be our first choice

  This was the most above and beyond, fantastic work I've ever had contracted for any home I've ever lived in. I cannot recommend Ray and his team highly enough. I moved into a house sight unseen and was overwhelmed by how filthy it was. Ray personally answered when I called his business, and less than 24 hours later he was able to walk through my home with me to customize a deep cleaning plan; the turn around for the quote was quick, and Ray was even so helpful as to call me when he had a cancellation to see if I wanted to move my cleaning date forward. Communication throughout the entire process before and during cleaning were exceptional, with Ray personally overseeing the whole process, which really added an extra level of feeling taken care of as a client to the whole process. His friendly, conscientious, and professional team arrived with Ray right on time, and accomplished in just a matter of hours what would have probably taken me months to tackle on my own. I was DELIGHTED with the quality of Ray's team's work-- they went above and beyond the average cleaning service's work, deep cleaning the kitchens and bathrooms to a literal shine, washing the walls (not just spot cleaning!), using specialized tools to clean difficult woodworking like my slat doors, and even cleaning all of the trim, windows, blinds, light fixtures, and the fireplace. The house is so much brighter with years of dust and grime totally removed-- my living room walls literally look freshly painted! In addition to deep cleaning the main house, Ray also tackled my unfinished basement, which was a huge mess filled with cobwebs, probably 20 years of dust, loose paint, and all sorts of other nightmares. The finished product is completely transformed-- bright and clean, with no cobwebs or dust to be seen. It looks like a totally different basement it is so beautifully transformed. The same goes for my screen porch. Already, I can tell how much the air quality inside has improved with so much dust removed. Once again, I cannot recommend Ray and his team highly enough. This was not a simple cleaning service, but an investment in and revitalization of the home. I will certainly be calling him again for my next project
