I'm really glad I found Don (thank you, Angie's List!). He was sensitive to some special concerns we had about toxic materials, and he was willing to work with me on installing a water filter system I had designed myself and purchased online. Everything is working well. Don was the 4th plumber I had contacted, and the first to show up, give me a good quote, and then show up to do the work. West Carolina Water TreatmentThe installation of a Hellenbrand back washing filter was much easier than we expected, and it only took about an hour. The owner of the company, Dennis, & his assistant Ken, were punctual & arrived at the scheduled time. We had no experience with one of these devices and had A LOT of questions. All About Plumbing & SepticIt went perfectly from start to finish! We called to schedule an estimate. One thing I love about All About Plumbing, is that a person has always answered when I've called. No leaving a message and hoping someone will get back to me. From there, we got Joe scheduled to come out for an estimate. We didn't have to wait long for the appointment either. Joe was at our house within a day. Here is something I want to point out about this company. Their estimate is the cost, no matter what. In the past, I've known of other contractors who give a price, then as the job progresses, the price changes. Well this is NOT the case with All About Plumbing! The price they give you does not change. So when I schedule with them, I know exactly what to expect. Another point I want to mention--All About Plumbing is prompt! I've used them for 5 different jobs, some small and some large. In my experience the plumber has arrived on time. I really appreciate this because it shows that this company respects my time and that they are serious about whatever job I have at my residence. Another thing I love about All About Plumbing...the character of the employees. So far, we have scheduled our jobs with Joe--He has done all of our work and we like having someone who knows us,and our house doing the work. We are grateful that All About Plumbing has accommodated our preference to schedule with Joe. However, if for some reason Joe could not be scheduled with at our house, I would feel comfortable having any of their staff members in my home. All About Plumbing & SepticThe Technician that arrrived at our home was Richard Wade. He was excellent. He was on time, presented and acted professionally, and was incredibly knowledgeable. He also provided the estimate and performed the work. We had a leaking hot water tank that was original to the home (>15 years) it was time to replace it. Turns out hte building codes have evolved since then and Richard made sure the new installation was up to code and in compliance. Even though the hot water tank is one appliance usually ignored until there's a problem, he made sure I knew what was going with with its installation and how it should operate. He had an assistant that also serviced our home and he was equally professional. I was glad I chose this provider and they are now my go-to team for plumbing.- Christopher M.

Four Seasons Plumbing IncFour Seasons Plumbing showed up on time and were extremely professional. After speaking with us about what needed to be done, they gave us a price to complete the work. They spread out thick pads on the floor in the kitchen and placed all of their tools on these pads. They were such neat workers! My husband asked them to look at a couple of faucets in other rooms, and they did so eagerly. They made slight repairs on the faucets and did not even add these repairs to the bill. The two men were at our home for over an hour and did a wonderful job of installing the water system. They also did a great job cutting through our granite countertop to install the faucet for the system. We would highly recommend them and will use them anytime we have plumbing difficulties.- Susan B.
