Every day after working, the area was cleaned and organized by the crew. We had very minimal clean up after project was finished. All permits and inspections were taken care of by DE Turner, so we did not have to adjust our work schedules to be home. Very pleased! TOP Quality Home Improvements LLCTom and his co-worker worked very quickly. Tom started on the drywall while the other person started working in the basement. After removing the damaged drywall, the cracked ceiling joist was discovered and Tom repaired it without a change in the original estimate. They left our house cleaner than it was to begin with. Tom was very responsive to calls. When I had to leave messages for him he always returned my call within a short time. After they were done, Tom contacted us and asked if he could come back to do some additional work. Upon reflection, he was not 100% pleased with the basement repair and wanted to add another support. He did this at no additional charge. Dealing with Tom was an excellent experience.- Andrew F.

Handyman Connection of WinchesterFranchise promptly returned my calls and handyman came 2 days later for estimate. Date scheduled had to be postponed a day due to weather, but handyman and franchise kept me informed. Jason arrived on time, completed inside work first to avoid tracking water/dirt into the house later. He did a beautiful job on all areas, working from bottom to top, then doing a final rinse of lower levels. He was even able to work around a 1000-lb cast iron pot-bellied stove on the patio. Carefully replaced all items to original sites on decks and patio. VERY professional - I highly recommend him!- Sharon A.

When interviewing local contractors, Liberty Excavating was listed as one approved by our county to perform the work. We contacted Liberty Excavating and amazingly Greg Dash answered the phone immediately. We spoke, I gave him some background and he scheduled a time to come out to look at the project and give us an estimate. Liberty was one of a few others we were interviewing for the job. We decided to go with this company because of the level of knowledge, professionalism and honesty I felt I was given. Greg gave us a written estimate and was very helpful as we asked questions along the way. We even changed our mind and switched from adding two lines to replacing our existing drain field with 4 new lines. This company is professional, thorough and very knowledgeable not to mention prompt. They started on time, returned to finish the job and cleaned up after the job was done. Their prices are within the same range as others in the area but what set them apart was the professionalism and respect they showed to myself and my husband. I would highly recommend this company again and again. It was a pleasure doing business with them even though the work that had to be done is not something most people look forward to having to have done. If you need work on your drain lines, Liberty Excavating is the company to call.
