Garcia Remodeling’s mission was to not just clean up my yard but to also beautify it. Mission accomplished! I can’t tell you enough how intimidated I was of my paver patio. But Garcia pulled all the weeds, fixed the rear fence door, pressure washed the bricks, and arranged the outdoor furniture so nicely that now I’m not afraid to maintain it. I will definitely look to hiring Garcia again for seasonal clean up.

I could not give this company a higher rating if I tried. They are AMAZING! The owner, Gerardo is the kindest, most professional, honest and fair person that I have met in the trade and I have worked with many contractors.
We moved into our home 2 years ago and have had a variety of jobs completed by other recommended construction companies and had some very mediocre experiences at best. I knew we needed someone really good to remodel our outdated bathroom and Lopez de Paz Construction did not disappoint. The photos alone will speak for themselves.
Firstly, Gerardo was responsive and professional from the start. After reaching out to 5 different companies, Gerardo was one of the few who returned my call and came out to give me an estimate within 24 hours. He was knowledgeable and thoughtful about what needed to be done and was honest about the type of job it would be and how long it would take. He started the job in less than a week.
His crew were so polite, hard working and kept to the hours I requested (as I have young kids and try to maintain some semblance of a routine). I was delighted that at the end of every day, they cleaned up and left the place immaculate.
Gerardo said the job would take 3 weeks and he was true to his word. He turned our old, funky looking bathroom into a contemporary, modern and stylish new space. He was awesome about sharing photos of work he had done when I was stumped for ideas. He was receptive to feedback and requests for small changes that I made mid-project. He was so kind, friendly and easy to work with. He even did a few extra small projects (e.g. paint touch up, shelf addition) whilst he was there.
We purchased a fancy and complicated shower system (unbeknownst to us until it arrived) but Gerardo stuck with it and did a magnificent job installing it.
His pricing is fair and he didn't try to over charge or over sell anything. He was such an honest, stand-up, hard working guy who clearly took pride in his work. He was proud of the end product and most importantly, I was OVERJOYED!
I cannot recommend Gerardo or this company enough. I will never use another company again. I have already scheduled him to remodel my laundry room and I can't wait.
Thank you to Gerardo and his team for helping make remodeling and house renovations so reasonable and a positive and well worth-it experience.

My house flooded twice in the past year (before I bought it) due to poor drainage. When I purchased the home, I immediately called Pro Lawn Care to get a French drain installed. Even in a light rain, the sump pump in the crawl space would cycle for days at a time. After the 100 ft French drain was installed I haven't heard it turn on once, even during prolonged, heavy rain storms. I was very impressed with the company's communication and professionalism. While the price was a bit higher than some other quotes I received, I ended up going with Pro Lawn Care because their solution to my problem seemed the most comprehensive. I believe in paying for quality and that is certainly what I received. I'm hiring them again to put in a new 400 sq ft patio and can't wait to see how it turns out.

Mark did an outstanding job on our front and back yard. Due to COVID-19, we changed our wedding plans and decided to get some landscaping done in order to have a small backyard wedding. Initially, our yard was overrun with weeds and dead trees with deep roots. Mark sketched us a design that included all plant options, met with us to discuss the plan, and was very honest with timing and fair with pricing. In a matter of 6 weeks, Mark transformed our yard into the Garden of Eden! He was patient and insightful and had excellent suggestions for planting and placement. He worked efficiently and kept us in the loop at every turn. He incorporated our ideas beautifully and also added nice touches throughout the yard. Mark also designed and built a small pond with a waterfall that quickly became the highlight of the backyard. We chose to get married right next to the pond and all of our virtual guests were in awe. He gave us a great tutorial on how to maintain the pond, plants, and when to expect them to bloom. He even came back a few weeks after the job was completed to answer questions and give additional maintenance tips. Mark has quickly turned into a friend and thanks to his talent and creativity, we are now the talk of the neighborhood. He is a very hard worker. Even in this latest heat wave (90+ degrees), he spent 8 hours each weekday in our yard. Mark is always responsive to texts and calls and we highly recommend him for all of your landscaping and lighting needs.

I hired Innovation Electric to replace four outdoor wall lighting sconces and wire and install a fifth sconce. The work was of a high quality. Innovation Electric also looked at my main electric panel (at my request) and found on circuit was not connected. They repaired this at no additional charge.

We were looking to add outdoor landscape lighting to our residence. Our objective was to increase home security while enhancing our homes appearance. Nuprenâ s cost estimate was timely, comprehensive, easily understandable and reasonably priced. They also had some great ideas we incorporated into our plan. The crew arrived as scheduled and completed all facets of the job quickly, professionally, neatly and with attention to detail. Best Blades has been taking excellent care of our yard and outdoors generally since June 2014 (mowing, edging, lawn clean up, mulching, pruning trees, cleaning gutters, and power washing). We can always count on Best Blades for attention to detail and excellent quality work. In addition, Hector and his team are responsive, reliable, very affordable, and accommodating.
