The main thing with them was they forgot that they were supposed to bring a dumpster the next day. I windup calling them. They obviously forgot that they were supposed to bring a dumpster but they did get the dumpster after more than an hour. The only problem I had with it was them coming back to get the dumpster. I didn't keep it for a week and we kept it for a weekend and I told them that because I was in Baltimore and people who were prone to throwing their trash in your dumpster and it sits there so I wanted them to come back and get the dumpster immediately. I had set up a time of Monday morning when I ordered the dumpster to come back and get it and they didn't come back and get it until Wednesday afternoon. Obviously they forgot but they didn't have you on the schedule and I scheduled it when I ordered the dumpster.

Our roofer ordered a dumpster from G.M.P. Dumpster Rental for the removed shingle debris. Christopher, the owner of G.M.P. Dumpster Rental delivered the dumpster himself. He tried very hard not to damage any of our plantings. However our driveway slopes down steeply and curves. His concern was if he sat the dumpster down, he might not to be able to pick it up with all the weight of the debris in it and the steep, curving driveway. So he left the dumpster on the truck and the truck in the driveway for 4 days. We find this very considered and appreciated his willingness to accommodate us and the roofer so thoroughly. It was a pleasure dealing with Christopher. We highly recommend him.

Next Day Dumpsters scheduled me with little advanced notice and delivered the dumpster when they said they would. I found I needed the dumpster for an extra day so I called them and they were able to change the pick up day. They came and picked up the full dumpster when they said they would. The size of the dumpster fit on half of a double driveway, so I was able to use the garage when the dumpster was in place. It was an easy, positive experience from beginning to end. I would use them again.

It usually costs $450 to rent a dumpster but we would end up using it longer so we used to pay extra for it. They are very prompt and sometimes you get the dumpster the same day instead of the next day. I never had anyone not come pick it up right away when I called them. The only concern I had was initially they were a little pricey for a dumpster company however I feel I am paying for the fact that they come when they say they would and they don’t tear your yard up when they stock the dumpster. They worked something with me for the price because we rented the dumpster about ten times since last September so that might be a reason. They always were here when they said they would be here.

They had a good price and they placed wood underneath the dumpster so it didn't damage my driveway. Only thing I didn't like was they forgot the wood that went under the dumpster but once they went back and got it things were fine. Until it was time for them to pick the dumpster back up. They were supposed to come on a Monday and they did not. I had to call for them to come pick it back up. But other than that I will use them again in the future.

Recent Review: They’ve been great. I’ve used Big Red Dumpster twice and they’ve been absolutely wonderful. They dropped of the dumpster, you have about a week or two and they’ll come pick it up. They’re incredibly friendly and very willing to work with you. We had a strong storm and they were not able to pick it up. It was not anybody’s fault. There are companies, because we had to keep it longer, would charge us but they didn’t.
