They didn't follow up on the job. They didn't finish it and I later found out they stole a bunch of tools from me. I'm disabled and they took advantage of me. I finally had to take it to the attorney general, and they lied to me and my case worker.

They were professional and looks like they did a pretty good job. They were polite and professional. They left my place a little bit dirtier than I would have liked. Being disabled it's very difficult for me to clean up after them. They had a shop back so obviously she tried. I think they probably did their best.

We have used Eagle Handyman services many times. Jay always shows up when scheduled and works in an efficient manner. Jay was able to work us into his schedule on short notice which was much appreciated. I would rate Jay's service A+ if that was an option.

I first met Chris Miller when he was mowing a neighbor's lawn. He provided a quote for our property and he started working for us around the 12 of April, 2011. He mentioned he could do general maintenance in homes, and we started having him do them. My husband is disabled, and can't do most home repairs. Chris has proved to be the answer to our wishes! Chris Miller arrives when requested and is on time . He pays attention to detail, provides quotes for jobs - and sticks with his quote!

I asked if he would be interested in helping me move a double that I had just sold. I had good experiences with him the past and wanted him to do the work. He told me that he would come out and he said that he would have to come out and look. He came out at the set time and due to my disability I could not walk him through the house. So may daughter walked him through the house because I wanted him to move out several furniture items but he went over to the other side of the house and took all the metal. I'm furious with what he did to me and took items that we never discussed. All he did was pick up a bag of concrete and a few empty paint cans. I don't want to see him again and its a shamed

-The laminate was a special order item, so we expected to wait a while on that. When it did ship, it took a few weeks for them to come out to install it. It looked great for a day or so, but the laminate began to bubble and separate from the wall. Lee did some research and determined that using a using a different adhesive and adhering the laminate to a layer of subfloor would work better. More time passed while the new material was ordered, and then we waited a few more days for Lee to come out and finish the job. The finished job is excellent - I know I have hit it hard several times, but you can't tell. In all, they installed one layer of laminate, tore it and the damaged drywall out, and installed a layer of sub flooring and a layer of laminate over that. Fine Painting only charged us $825 for the whole job, and it does look good. The delays are the only reason I did not give them a perfect review, But I would still call Fine Painting again. Lee worked really hard to make it right, and it shows.

In May, 2012, I had a central air conditioner tune-up (from a company listed on Angie?s List, BTW). Approximately two months later, I asked a neighbor to do a chore in my basement and he found standing water. I hired a second air conditioner company to unclog the A/C pipe that had caused the leak. I called my insurance company to assess the damage and provide a repair estimate. October 15, Home Experts looked at the damage and compared it to the insurance company?s estimate and agreed to do the repairs. Home Experts worked from October 22 through October 24. They moved in an air mover and dehumidifier, replaced and painted four doors, replaced or repaired and painted damaged walls, cleaned the tile floor, and removed the debris. They treated and removed mold that was discovered. They performed some additional repairs in the basement for no additional charge. I am disabled and am unable to go down to the basement, but was shown before and after pictures and am very pleased. I would recommend Home Experts to anyone need repair and remodeling. I have used Home Experts several times over the past year and a half for repair, painting, and other projects. They have always provided fair estimates, come in on budget and done an excellent job. I consider them to be very trustworthy. I will use them again. .

I highly, highly recommend them to others. We used them last year and had a front porch step patio type and I had them take it all out and pour fresh concrete and they did the same thing in front of the garage door. He and his helper suggested putting in rain coating in my narrow hallway and having it painted white and the walls earth stone, which is what I was looking for. I had one small light in the hallway which made it dark, so I had him put in two direction lights in the ceiling. He recently enlarged my two bathrooms doors of the entrance to better facilitate disability access and they did a fine job on that. The first job I used him for was to replace 4 glass sliding closet doors in the master dressing room area because they were creating firing from the old wheels and staining the carpet. He re-wheeled two closet sliding doors in two guest bedrooms. He replaced my front inside door with a more decorative, insulated front door. I just had him replace the front storm door and 4 windows, which was one in the guest room and the others in the living room. They are great. He passed the test for one that is for things being accurate and square. His wife Regan is a Co-owner and she schedules all the jobs and she is very good, friendly and nice.

Business Description: Cowboy's Consolidated Services (C.C.S.) in Martinsville, Indiana services all of Central Indiana's home and business General Contracting needs. We are a local, family & disabled veteran owned & operated business. We believe in top quality work and 100% customer satisfaction. Top quality. To some that sounds expensive. But, it doesn't have to be, as founder Mike Lyle realized in 2008. He noticed that every construction service he worked for was always up charging materials and cutting corners. Profit was #1. He realized that this was not the way to go, so he struck out on his own. He determined the job was going to be done right, by qualified pros, at a fair price. So that's exactly what we do, from electrical & plumbing service charges (often 20% less than competitors) to not charging a penny more than we pay for materials. Our pros are drug screened & background checked, have verified experience or participate in a structured apprenticeship which includes classroom and on the job training. All our pros (including our office staff) take continuing education courses for their trade. We are affiliated with the PDCA (Painting & Decorating Contractors of America, NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) and others. We are insured and licensed, and we can provide as many references as you need. We back our work by conducting a walk through of the finished project with each client prior to final payment, for painting & coatings we have a 30 day free touch up and we warranty the labor on each project which is transferable. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. We offer seasonal specials as well as our year round senior, public safety, and military/veteran discounts.
