Stapert Home Improvements LLCStapert Home Improvements did a fantastic job from the time Jim gave an estimate to the time the job was completed. I recently had hardwood floors laid that replaced tile so the door casings were too short. Jim was able to come to the house on June 24 and look at what I needed. He also gave recommendations on a problem area I had at my front door. His estimate came in a very timely manner and was reasonable, June 29th. I had told Jim that I was not in a super hurry but needed to get the job done before my daughter's wedding at the beginning of December. He assured me that he would make it work. In fact, he completed the job on July 21 to my satisfaction! Jim's coworkers were fantastic as well. The team covered the floor to install the trim; they used the saw outside and when they were done, you couldn't even tell they had been here. I will be replacing my banister next year and I will definitely be calling Stapert!- Carol L.

We had the exterior of our 2-story home painted and rotten/damaged boards around windows replaced. The carpenters were exceptional! Their work is quality and done correctly (not rushed). The painters were wonderful! They were friendly, accommodating, polite,and very good at their job! The office staff was professional and handled any questions with care, patience, and efficiency. The project coordinator, Russell Bowman, was very communicative and provided detailed information as required so that we were never left wondering about "next step". The job required multiple trips and coordination with the granite countertop supplier and they were on site EVERY time on or before the scheduled appointment. Pioneer KitchensThe Pioneer Team was amazing! They were very professional and punctual. The kitchen looks amazing and it only took 4 days and half the price of a complete kitchen remodel. They listened to us when we questioned something, they immediately fixed it the next day. I would highly recommend them. Mint PropertiesI hired Mint Properties to install a exterior door in my home. I spoke with Miguel, got a quote and hired on the spot. Miguel was great at getting me scheduled and was very fair on cost of the install. Bill came on time and did the install. I could have asked for a better carpenter. Bill was friendly, quick and to the point. He got the job done and even gave me some tips on completing other tasks around my home. He directed me to contact Miguel anytime we need a top quality licensed contractor. We will be contacting Miguel at Mint Properties again and again in the future. Beware. Grant completely abandoned the project after he had started it. He broke off contact. Never returned texts, calls or emails. No explanation offered. He was paid for the work he did. He botched the risers on the staircase and new material had to be ordered. He said he'd cover the cost since it was his error. To date, that money has not been refunded. Litigation will ensue if the money is not returned. The work that he did was subpar. He left errors for me (the owner) to point out rather than correcting the errors based on his knowledge. His goal as a "finish carpenter" should have been excellence, but instead left me (the homeowner) with work that is borderline acceptable but most definitely NOT excellent.

Tim and his employees were familiar with the builder of our house and the problems that many of these houses have had. He had already repaired trim and siding of other homes in the area from the same builder. They did a wonderful job of replacement, caulking and painting the trim and body of our house. We have gotten many compliments on the finished product. All of the staff were friendly and hard working. We definitely would would recommend this company. Another neighbor saw our finished house and hired Edens also based on the results.

I was prepared to have them do the work, but then I found a company much closer to home, so the pickup and delivery charges were much lower. When I explained to the people at Frost, they were very professional and even assured me that the methods used at this other company are "best practices," so my furniture would be in good hands. Although I didn't have Frost do the work, based on their professionalism and generous attitude, I recommend them.

We chose Brad because we have worked with him several times previously. He has always exhibited the exemplary qualities we report in connection with this job. In fact, we trust his character and the quality of his work to such a degree that we did not seek a second estimate on this project. Brad was excellent in all respects. He responded quickly to our initial expression of interest. He prepared a prospectus that gave us several options with respect to specific parts of the project. He was honest about when he could actually begin work. His presence in our home was as unobtrusive as it could be and his work left almost no extra clean up for us along the way or at the end. He kept us fully informed as to developments, questions, and issues. When we wanted to make minor changes along the way, he was adaptable. Best of all, his work is superb. Brad is a perfectionist who likes for everything to be just right. He takes great care. In the end, we got exactly the room we wanted in the confidence that he had given optimum attention to every part of the job. The job included adding additional insulation throughout the third floor, replacing the windows, redoing the walls with fresh drywall, installing additional lighting and electrical outlets, sanding and finishing the original attic flooring, replacing all the trim, and painting. A room which had felt like a dim junk storage locker is now a bright, airy, light study and library.
