Initially, we made the mistake of going with a large national company to treat a termite infestation, and the first guys completely missed the fact that termites had infested a crawl space beneath our house. So termites continued to eat our home for a year from when the first company serviced us, due to their ineptitude. When Ralph from Suburban Pest Control took over, he and his staff immediately identified the source of the problem, treated it aggressively, and kept us informed every step of the way. They didn't try to sell us a bunch of expensive and completely unnecessary stuff like the previous company did. And they are here in a timely manner every month to check the above ground baits. We really trust them, and feel like they have our best interests at heart, which is not easy to come by with service providers. Great service all around! I called on Thanksgiving Day - the third straight day of seeing droppings in our kitchen - expecting to leave a message and get a callback the next day. I was shocked when I spoke with John, who was able to send Dave to my home the next day. Dave was prompt, friendly, and educational ... it was a relief to know that our problem wasn't because we weren't tidy enough. Due to the pandemic only outside pest control was carried out. Carpenter ants, spiders and such were addressed. I have a yearly plan. I have had their fabulous service for at least 6 years. This is the first time they didn’t treat indoor space but in the past they could be very thorough using essential oils that had a pleasant smell that dissipates and does the job extremely well. It is safe for humans and pets alike. Their service people from arranging an appointment to the professional who does the actual service are excellent.

The company is owned by 2 brothers. I spoke to Lou on the phone and he scheduled a quote/estimate the following day. Dean came the following day, promptly and after assessing our problem he gave us a very reasonable quote for the work that had to be done. He was able to schedule us the following day and quickly took care of the issue. Dean was very nice, he arrived promptly, and worked diligently to lay out the traps and spray the perimeter of the home. Only time will tell if everything works and if the mice/rats and spider crickets stay away, but Lou and Dean were very nice and professional. They also offered very competitive rates.
