    We had a flood in our home that caused considerable damage throughout it (water leaked from a second floor bathroom while we were on vacation). Nearly everything was damaged - electrical, HVAC, walls, floors, plumbing.. which also led to mold. Dealing with our insurance company was a chore throughout the entire process, but Alan was a fantastic advocate in our corner when communicating with them. He was willing to fight to make sure they weren't trying to overlook damage. He was also extremely patient with us being new homeowners, thoroughly explaining all options available to us. Ontop of all of it, this overlapped the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Alan assured us him and his team would continue, and kept us updated on any kind of delays. We're very happy to have moved back into our home that's now light years better built and nicer looking than it did prior to our flood.
