STAY AWAY!!!!!! SCAM ARTISTS!!!!! Michael acts very friendly but it is all a scam!! We had an estimate for a kitchen reno for $30k, that conveniently "left out" basic items such as sheetrock - until he hits you with the next stage fees. We had zero issues discovered inside our walls and a $30k estimate has turned into over$80k! We needed to call the police, lock him out and now will have to go to court as he double billed us for items and work was never performed. In the past 8 months they did not show up for 115 business days - just gone for weeks on end. Michael only works three days a week from 11-2 so don't expect them to do much for you and plan to pay 3x's what any GC or tradesman will charge. OH and they left a MESS, damaged our personal property, and even stole our property! Funny how those aren't even the "larger details" of this complaint.
