We thought we had a good plan, but Ryan, the designer, came up with one that was infinitely better. Ryan stayed with the project every day until completion, and Frankie, the owner, also made sure things stayed on track. The crew that did the labor was meticulous and worked incredibly hard. Our tired, 1980’s landscaping was transformed by pavers, planting, new grass, and outdoor lighting. We are 100% satisfied with Scenic View Landscaping, and they’re nice guys too.- DAVID B.

The Pool BossI had an excellent experience using the Pool Boss. The whole process from design to installation was fantastic. Chris and his team were there every step of the way to make sure the process was easy and fast. Everything came out perfect. Chris's vision of what kind of design would work for us was 100 percent correct. He made suggestions that I would have never thought of, from the depth of the pool to the shape. Every detail from the color changing lighting coming from every angle in the pool to the color of the liner and the seat in the deep end. We couldn't be happier with the pool we got from the Pool Boss. We also signed up for the Valet Service which is fantastic. We haven't had to worry about doing anything. They come every week and take care of all the chemicals and clean the pool. They even make sure the filtered water is flowing in the best way possible. So the only thing you have to do is enjoy the Pool with your family and friends.- ryan s.

Landscape ImpressionsI have hired Landscape Impressions (3 Howard Ct, Goshen, NY 10924, tel: 845- 351-3454) to change my front of the house entry and little garden with new masonry and new garden. Mr. Brian Mitchell, the owner and his crew (Leo, Jose, Ricardo, Rudy) are highly trained professionals and great people to do business with. Attention to all details, to all my feisty tastes, changes, ideas. Answers to all my questions, great verbal, e-mail and texting communications with all required pictures. Very good pricing, accurate, no surprises. They sent all electric, gas, water/sewer companies to mark the entire area in preparation for work. They removed old pond, waterfall, replaced water piping with new one, hidden under concrete. All cleaning after each day of work. They have all the machines and tools needed for masonry, granite, trees, flowers, grass, etc. I had a wonderful experience and can't wait to continue working with this crew for the back of my house, driveway, etc. Didn't stop to what was written in contract, added little details with pleasure, no overcharge. I highly commend and recommend to everybody. Thank you so much, we're so happy with the new look.- barie h.

Tri-State Complete LandscapingI was referred to tri-state by my neighbor for a clean up of a property I purchase 5 months ago. I spoke to Bruce of what I need to be done and he assured me it will be taken care of. His 3 guys worked approximately 10 hours the day of the clean up, removing leaves, bulk items, stones, etc. His team removed it to a licensed dump site. It saved me the time and hassle of ordering a dumpster for all of the debris. Highly recommended for any work needed. Thanks to Tri-state for their service.- Carlos N.

Starkie Brothers Landscaping IncI Hired Starkie Landscaping Design about a month ago and recently had some issues with grass re-growing in the area of the new landscape design. I called John Starkie to discuss this issue and not only did he respond within minutes of my call he had sent a crew over 20-30 minutes after I spoke with him. if that is not prompt service and GREAT!!!! care for your customers I do not know what is I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH how much my wife an I appreciated how quickly they came out and addressed this issue. Charles and Son Construction & Landscaping did a wonderful job on my patio. Carlos is a true professional from being on time for the appraisal, setting up the off-site appointment to choose the pavers, to having his team finish the job 2 days earlier because of a threat of bad weather. The team was very detailed and I so happy he suggested adding the lights around the edges and on the stairs. I am looking forward to hanging out in the backyard on my new patio all summer long!

When I called them to book, I let them know that I had another lawn person who was unresponsive and stopped showing up. I explained that we need a leaf clean up and cut and then maybe up to two cuts after, because we were putting our house on the market, but when we move to our new house I would consider using them too. I was assured when booked that they didn't work like that they didn't work like that, and that they would get back to me. The initial leaf clean and lawn cut went well. Lawn looked nice and they stayed late to finish the job, however, one of the workers was on the phone a lot and standing by the truck while the other was working. I tipped them in addition to the price for the leaf clean up and cut job, which was not cheap. A comment was made of tip amounts that were given by other clients for their good service. It felt awkward, but, I was trying to figure out if this was going to be a good working business/client relationship, so I let it go. Called & texted them to schedule the lawn cutting after. They said they would be there the next week. Friday of that week came along with no visits and I wanted to let them know that we were having an open house on that Sunday and would appreciate if they could come before that. They texted me that they would try to get to me late afternoon that day. After that, they never came. They never responded to my texts, even when I texted again to ask if they would please let me know if I have to find someone else to do the lawn upkeep, no response.

David was very prompt in calling me and completed the work a day after I contacted him. He showed up to my house during the promised time. I had 2 large trees taken down, 1 stump ground, and other various trees trimmed and all the work was very well done. I especially appreciated the care they took in ensuring that the work did not damage other landscaping or my home. David completed the stump grinding a few days after the initial work and he again showed up exactly on time and the work was completed quickly. I did not shop around for best price as the price quoted was fair for the scope of work based on my prior experience with tree services. I would recommend using this service and I plan to use them again for future projects.

Agreed on a price to do our sidewalk with Jose. Got cash for him. He told us a time and day. We got one message to do it a little later. Waited our entire day for him to come. Called his office many times. They told us he was ‘in a meeting’. Wasted our whole day. I don’t get it. I guess he doesn’t want our money. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I wish I could make an appt with him and then not show up so he would know how it feels.
