The other companies bid without coming by. TexStar’s pricing was in line with the other bidders. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. She was always very responsive to questions I had and put together her pricing faster than her competitors. She did a fantastic job explaining how the system will work and what I need to do for my part in ensuring a reliable system. The county inspections went off without a hitch as well. So Angel allowed me to pay it out in installments. I am thankful for that. The crew was very professional and kind also. She also gave me a year free of bacteria to put in my septic. We got Big Papa Joe's to come in to do some maintenance a repairs to our system. The service was excellent. We needed a few repairs and setup of a maintenance contract and everything was taken care of within the appointment. The technician not only completed the repairs, but provided clear explanation of the work and system.

Eric came out on the job, he was on time and was so courteous and helpful. It was obvious he was well trained and versed on septic system's. He explained everything in detail. They had to return due to parts. They found additional work was needed on one of my tanks and once again Eric was explaining the pros and cons to me before any work was done. They were at my home a total of four times and each time they were neat, professional and helpful. Chris came out on one occasion and was very helpful and kind as well. I am a widow so I don't have a husband to ask things and Chris even answered my silly questions about what was okay to put in the septic via the disposal. I will DEFINITELY use them again.

I was very pleased with Texas Service Plumbing. Their serviceman, Brandon, arrived on time and was appreciably in this time of COVID-19 wearing a mask. Brandon was very professional and found the leak fairly quickly. I was relieved to find out that it was not a slab leak. Instead, it was underneath the hot water heater closet but above the slab. He patched the leaking pipe dutifully and cleanly patched the sheet rock holes in the garage necessary to find and patch the leak. The good price of $390 was in part for a review, but I pleased with the work anyway. I would use Texas Service Plumbing again and recommend to others.
