I have used Regency Property Management for managing my rental unit as well as HOA management. In both instances, Regency has been extremely helpful and responsive to the my tenant needs as well as my requests. Regency helped find a great tenant for my unit and has managed the day to day operations. I cannot recommend their services highly enough.

Regeny Property Management provides management services for my HOA. They help with the day-to-day management of the HOA. Regency collects and manages monthly HOA dues from the residents, performs monthly inspections of the property, and schedules and coordinates the maintenance work for the various HOA vendors.
