    Got referred by a neighbor to use this company, i called them and got a meeting within the same week, i don’t live in town all year around so this was an amazing start they came over and was very nice and informative so i felt very comfortable with moving forward and hiring, we are updating our property. we had them remove the existing landscape we went the easy route got turf and some new plants installed, added a walkway and updated our patio and driveway from our old cracky concrete to stamped concrete, we did way more then I had originally thought i was going to do but i’m so happy with how everything ended up coming out My experience has been nothing but amazing the team was awesome they kept in constant communication with me, the supervisor was on top of things and an eye for design really glad we went with this company!

It took them over a week to come out to make the repairs which is to be expected for all the houses in the Vegas Valley needing inspection/repairs.     Talked to Garth with Cardinal Landscape, set up appointment for him to come out and give me a quote. Gave me the quote about 2 days after initial appointment. Once I decided to go with Cardinal Landscape for my back yard, he sent over an official drawing that i submitted for my HOA. Garth had his crew showed up at 8:30am and they began work. I had a previous paver patio and they extended it, added grass turf , 13 plants and a tree along with rocks. It took them about 3 days to accomplish. Once done you could see a color difference in the previous pavers and the new pavers (old pavers had been down a little over a year and probably just weathered). I informed Garth of my concern and he came out and attempted to pressure wash the old section of the patio, that did not work. Garth had no issues with saying he would replace the miss colored section of the patio. His crew came back out and replaced the area with new pavers and the backyard looks amazing. I would recommend Cardinal Landscape for you landscaping needs. Great work

    This was such a great experience, the work done exceeded our expectations and looks absolutely beautiful. We got two proposals for a complete redo of all of our landscaping including a paver patio for the backyard and retaining wall along our neighbor's property line and a retaining wall for a raised bed in the front yard. We removed many non-native hedges and shrubs and installed desert cactus, agave and palm plants. Raul was very easy to work with and he was always agreeable to changes to our design we made during the install. This was a very big job and Raul finished the whole thing in two weeks. The amount of work on this job was tremendous and everything went very smoothly. The workers came every day and worked all day long. Raul was very helpful and when he went out looking for plants in our design he would send us a text message with a photo of the plants to see if we liked them. Also, when we asked for plants that would not work in the location we had asked for (due to too much sun) he suggested other plants we could use. The subcontractors for the pavers were excellent. We are very pleased with the job the paver guys did. They added several curves on the patio that we had asked for which are very difficult to do with pavers. Overall we are extremely pleased with the job and would strongly recommend this company

    Start to finish everything went smoothly and exactly as it was explained to me. The area I had done was approximately 100 feet by 40 feet. I had talked to Ambrosio previously, and when I called to tell him that we were ready to start, he said he would be there the following Monday. His crew showed up as planned and work every day until they were finished. Ambrosio can by every day to make sure everything was being done correctly. This is a rare company these days. They are more concerned with the quality of their work, than getting paid for every little thing they do. I have used several contractors in this town, and it truly is refreshing to fine a company that does what they say they will, when they say they will. Best of all, the quality is better than I expected, and I am very particular. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you Ambrosio

    The owner of the company came out to give us an estimate for the work requested. He addressed all our issues and sent a proposal, which we accepted. There were 3 main workers who did most of the work and several others that helped in specific areas. Everyone worked hard and things went quite well.     Ambrosio was great. He came out the day I first contacted him and we walked through the project. He gave me ideas of what could be done ie: in place irrigation system and an incline. He sent a bid a couple of days later as we agreed. I thought his price was very reasonable. Once accepted, he had a crew come out. Very professional, kept me informed of what they were doing, but didn't bother me. Did the job in one day, cleaned up really well, which was appreciated. The quality of work is great.     We used Fairless Homes to remodel our home over a two-year period. We started with removing the prefab tub and shower. The result was so nice it made everything else look shabby and dated. We followed with other major projects like the kitchen and all the flooring. We just finished the master bathroom. We removed a wall in order to make the shower larger and replaced the vanity with custom cabinetry and quartz countertops. A new wall was designed going into the bathroom with a pocket door for privacy. The result is a bright, clean and modern look that we are thrilled with. Each project was finished on time with minimal disruption to us. The owners RJ and Donna were so nice to work with. This is a company that still believes in doing quality work for a fair price.
