Pros: - gave a free estimate before service and answered all questions - arrived on time - got the job done in 4 hours as promised Cons: - final price was higher than I expected for an average water heater installation with me providing the water heater. - detailed breakdown in the bill was not provided for items I got charged. Plumb Tite PlumbingI had 2 compression fittings with significant corrosion on the copper output line of my hot water heater. They weren’t leaking yet but I knew it was only a matter of time. The line was very close to the ceiling which made access for soldering very difficult. I called Plumb Tite and they were able to schedule an appointment very quickly. The plumber and his apprentice even arrived a little early for the appointment. He quickly assessed the situation and explained he would use a new process for joining copper pipe that didn’t require soldering. The pipe didn’t have much give and it was difficult to move it enough to get the old section out and the new one in but he worked at it and was able to get the job done in less than 2 hours. The joints are clean and dry now. I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend Plumb Tite for plumbing repair.- Angela W.

I had them come they did the work asked me to pay through cash app, then sent me a fake email saying they could not get it off. My dumb self decided to trust them and pay cash so I'm out double what I paid. Use anyone else unless you like sitting in a small claims court.

Tom from Plumb Tite always does a great job! I have a home that had a 40 gal gas water heater in the attic, with not much space to operate in. He was able to find a 40 gal shortboy that gave him more height to put the piping to the flu in correctly.
