Alex was a pleasure to work with. His expertise was appreciated as we were able to have multiple options with the repair of our stairs.

We hired Millennium Specialties to paint the exterior of our house and shed. They repaired and replaced rotted wood, caulked places that had never been caulked before (hence the wood rot), cleaned, primed and painted our house, and it looks beautiful! Their work crew was a pleasure to work with, friendly, polite and responsive to our concerns. They are highly skilled and their work shows it. Our job took a little longer than expected due to unforeseen issues - we needed to replace a gutter. They happily came back after the replacement to paint the gutter. Dave's bid was detailed and the price was competitive with other highly rated companies. Our house ended up requiring more paint than expected and Dave absorbed that cost. Dave Jackson and John Shields who managed our project, were easy to contact, always returned our calls promptly, and resolved concerns in a timely manner. I can't say enough good things about this company. They really do stellar work

Kyle and his associates did an amazing job, meticulous work. Attention to detail. Respect and care for our property. Clean up all the time. They did all the work themselves. No hired help. We had Ovation Restoration come and completely remodeled our kitchen and all new flooring. They did such an amazing job. Super friendly. Excellent communication.
