Great. Manny examined my freezer, fortunately, he didn't find any issues. He did suggest if the issue reoccurred, to try to video the freezer while the problem ( buzzing sound) was happening. The technician knew exactly what the problem was, knew what to order, how long it would take and that a part had to be ordered. He said he would be back as soon as the part was in. The part came in, they called and we set up a time and he came back and did the repair and the freezer is working great. He gave clear instructions on how to prep for the repair. We were very pleased with this company and would use them again. Very professional and polite.

I had 2 tasks. One was to replace a burned-out bake unit in a wall oven. The repairman, Mark, had the part in his truck and was able to replace it immediately. Second task was to diagnose problems with the freezer unit of a side-by-side refrigerator-freezer, where frost was building up inside, and the freezer has occasionally leaked. He diagnosed it as a clogged drain in the freezer, which he unclogged. He explained everything completely as he worked and said that if problems with the freezer persist or return, I should call him back. The whole job was done quickly and cleanly.

Called on a Wednesday and got a Saturday apt between 9 -12. Received a call about 15 minutes before their 11AM arrival. Adam and a coworker arrived, and I explained the two problems- with the freezer part of the kitchen refrigerator and problem with an old upright freezer in the garage. Clogged drain in kitchen freezer was diagnosed almost immediately, and while coworker was working on that, Adam checked out freezer in garage. In 5 or 10 minutes, Adam showed me and explained the problem with the freezer and said that it was not worth repairing. He did not charge the normal $30 diagnostic fee since he had to give me bad news about the freezer, and he honored the $30 Angie's List coupon. Entire visit was only 30-40 minutes.

Everything worked out wonderfully, and I am very pleased with the repair service provided by Appliance Geek Inc for my freezer. My 7- year-old freezer began having a layer of ice built up at the bottom. And one day, water began flowing down out of the freezer to the kitchen floor quite rapidly. That's when I hired Appliance Geek through Angie's List. Asif was very knowledgeable and polite. Prior to my confirming the appointment with him over the phone, he took the time and explained what he thought the cause of the problems I was encountering. He was very polite, through, and also careful of handling everything. My freezer is now working beautifully, and I am thankful to Asif for his good work. I would gladly recommond him to others.

The freezer continues to have a large frozen slab of ice in the freezer. Called the company back scheduled another service call, they didn't show up then called to say that they didn't think it was anything else that they could do to fix the freezer, so they advised that we either replace the entire fridge or just not use the freezer. I asked for a refund and am still awaiting an answer.

My freezer was in worse shape than they thought so the repair took longer than anticipated. However, the crew was patient and got the work done as quickly as possible. I was super impressed and thankful they got it all done!

I discovered that my upright freezer was not functioning properly after regular business hours on a Monday. As such, I started calling around, leaving messages requesting a call back the next day. Casey called me back first thing the next morning and set up an appointment for the following day (everyone is SO busy right now). Jason showed up right on time, was professional, pleasant, and thorough. The issue was diagnosed and fully explained; the required replacement part has been ordered and I was provided with an estimated time frame for its delivery. I found the pricing to be fair and reasonable and the service excellent. I will definitely keep their number in my contacts for the future.

The temperature control and ice maker in my freezer were both broken. I received estimates from a number of companies and MohTech was very competitively priced, but also had the lowest initial estimate fee. Khalid was very responsive and polite in setting up appointments and I even received text notifications when he was on his way to my house. He was extremely professional every step of the way in explaining what was wrong and how long it would take to get parts and fix. I had some difficulties with the ice maker following the first visit and Khalid came back out free of charge to take a look at explain to me what I had to do in order to make it work. I'd absolutely use MohTech again and highly recommend them for any appliance repair needs.

Three trip had to be made for the repair. It is still not completely repaired. I have to open and close the freezer after each use in order for both the refrigerator and freezer to work.

My freezer door no longer closed completely and was letting in warm air. I have a refrigerator with a bottom freezer which pulls open. I called DAR and they came the next day during the time specified. The problem was a roller bar that was slightly bent and wouldn't allow a flush close. Omar figured out the problem and removed the bar - it was either that or replace the whole freezer door - and it is fine.

Exceptional service and knowledge of the problem. Friendly and helpful. Willing to provide explanations of the cause and resolution of the problem. The technician replaced a heater element in the freezer, defrosted the freezer (behind the covering of the frost-free partition), washed the parts of the freezer that were removed, and left everything in excellent condition. The cost of $249 seemed reasonable, but I have no means of comparison. Overall excellent service!

Zee showed up on time and solved the problem. He was honest in diagnosing the issue and tried to minimize future expenses. He stands by his work and returns if there are subsequent issues. He cares about his service and really wants to solve the problem. I would trust him with all of my appliance needs.

Pius is a terrific repairman. He came on time on the weekend and performed the work in a professional manner. We have used him on numerous occasions over the years. He is honest and very competent. He has repaired refrigerators, replaced burners on ovens, and motors on laundry machines. Highly recommended

My refrigerator made a loud buzzing noise and the freezer was up to 50 degrees. Called Pius about 11AM on a Sunday and he was here by 1PM. He immediately diagnosed problem of ice build up which could have been caused by door being left open or faulty compressor. He recommended we consider option one which meant, turning off fridge for 24 hours to let blockage melt ($0) rather than option two which meant a new compressor ($495). He was right. Then he called the next day to ensure all was OK and the problem was just carelessness and not a faulty compressor. This is the third time I've used Peaco. Pius always comes immediately and solves the problem.

Company was very responsive with scheduling. Repairman was very professional and explained what was wrong and gave me a lesson on how freezers work. Had to have the heater replaced. I didn't know that freezers had heaters. Will use this company in the future.

These guys are terrific. We seemed to have gone through all the bad ones until we found ABC, but at least now, we know where to go. Would highly recommend them. Helpful, punctual, reasonable, professional.
