All locks have same key and he gave me 4 sets of keys. Service call fee was low but cost of deadbolt and knobs a little pricey I thought. AA All American Locksmithsvery good, They did what they could, but there was a leak in he AC system an needed to be replaced entirely. That explained why the AC was not blowing out cold air. I didn't have the money to get a new AC system so I had them put in the FREON until i could afford to get a new AC. Not sure of the service date.- Holly K.

It went excellent. After calling a number of garage door businesses and receiving do response, I turned to Angie’s list and found Up and Down. Chris came to the house and did a superb job of repairing the down and getting it back on track. The door looks and operates like it was never hit. In addition to great work Chris was honest and didn’t rip me off. I am sure some other companies would have told me the door was old and unrepairable, but Chris was HONEST and repaired it like new. I will never call another door company other then Up and Down. They are honest, do excellent work and won’t rip you off.

bathroom regrout I’m adding to my previous review. Jose stated he asked that the shampoos be removed because he did not “touch people’s things”. However, when I got home from work my bath mats were moved. I inquired about who moved them and was informed they were moved by Jose and/or his workers. So he did not want to touch my shampoos but moved my bat mats to put down his materials needed for the job.

Leased car and routine maintenance. 1 recall, brought it in 2x for the same recall, each time they had it 2-3 days. Each time they didn't have the part. Had problems at the end of the lease and the manager did not return several phone calls. They were very attentive when we were looking for a car, it fell off quickly once the deal was signed. The Audi was great but the dealer was NOT. Go to another dealer who cares about your business.
