Annie Does What Honey Don'tMs. Annie was quick to respond to my Angie's List inquiry. Each communication was polite, inquisitive, timely and I was advised of the earliest day in which someone could come. She asked a lot of clarifying questions and requested photos to assist in providing a quote. Ms. Annie called me to gain the remaining needed insight before she provided me with a quote during the call (e.g. replace 2 gables, place wire mesh behind and repair damaged plywood). Global DecoI had a great experience with Diego and his company, Global Deco USA! I found his company based on other outstanding reviews on Angie’s list and they did not disappoint! Diego and his team remodeled my master bathroom (replaced the vanity, redid the tile, changed the tub into a shower, repainted, replumbed, etc.) and it turned out absolutely perfectly! They were able to build a custom vanity to fit the shape of the space and Diego helped design the tiling in a way that was everything I envisioned and more! The total cost of the project was significantly below other estimates I received as well. Diego was there every step of the way and came with ideas of his own while also being cognizant of costs. He was straightforward and clear about expectations and the overall process. All members of his team were professional, friendly, and skilled. They do great work and take pride in that work. HOME MENDERSTony listened to my plans for the space, asked questions and made recommendations. I have enjoyed my new bathroom and it came out exactly what I asked for. My big ask was to put insulation in the wall between the two bathrooms which were back to back. In an older home with no insulation between the rooms this was important to me. Tony also replaced 3 interior doors and installed baseboards in a bathroom that had not been finished on a previous remodel. I called him a few months later to install two storm doors. I have several future projects and will definitely call Home Menders.- Laura R.

The Breckons Contracting Services IncMr. Steve Breckon returned my phone call while he was out of state at the time about to return home to TX. The freeze of Feb. 2021 left many homes with frozen and busted water pipes!! We were one of them. I called a lot of places and left messages. Mr. Breckon was the first to return my phone call with the availability to come out to repair the leaks as soon as he returned to Tx. It is my understanding that he picked up parts for our repair while in the other state he was in. He came out and repaired most of the leaks as he ran out of parts. When he received the parts he came right out to finish the job. We are both thankful and appreciative that to Steve came thru for us at the terrible time. So many people had pipes burst and leak in their homes. Most plumbing company's were booked and or running low or out of parts. I feel like Steve was an angel sent from an answered prayer. Thank you to Steve Breckon for promptly returning our call and following thru with repairs. If there were a 10 STAR selection choice that is what I would choose. Incredible. The gas line/pipes were in disrepair and needed to be replaced. Delian researched for best replacement parts and supplies. Communicated with the manufacturer to ensure parts were suitable for the Natural gas fire pit. He cleaned out entire pit and literally replaced all parts. He thoroughly checked gas line to ensure no leakage and put the pit back together. To say that it looks awesome is an understatement. I am so impressed with his hard work, patience and attention to detail. I gave him a challenge and he stepped up to it. I never thought I would get the fire pit to work again!!! I am very satisfied with his hard work and perfection. He will be the only handy man I use in the future.

It went very well. He hung plant hooks outside as well as installing lighting above the garage door. He actually repaired our Bali blinds and rehung! So happy. That would have cost so much to replace. He took down a pendant light and hung a new one. Very pleasant and personable. We chatted while he was working. He was a Engineer where he came from and it showed with the repair he did on the blinds. (Even the Bali people had a hard time hanging when I bought them.) I’m starting a new list for him for more repairs we need done. So, he did excellent work and I highly recommend for more than what he did for me.
