Sergeants ElectricFirst off, if you are looking for a trustworthy highly qualified plumber, go with Sergeant’s Electric. Now, full disclosure. We had an unfortunate experience with some damage to a drain pipe during a panel installation. Luckily, Sergeants is licensed, insured and an honest company. They went above and beyond to cover all damage expenses. They worked with me in a timely manner to get everything better than new. They have done an excellent job with electrical outlets, new light fixtures and a panel swap out. Thanks to their integrity and excellent customer relations, I will be using them for all future projects and high recommend you do as well.- Alec P.

Capital Appliance & A/C Co IncWell. I called and requested assistance with what I thought was the problem. I cleaned a small oven with the oven cleaning setting. It did not work again. I called Capital Appliance and requested service and told them that I thought the heating element was burned out from the high heat of the cleaning cycle. The technician replaced the heating element, but that was not the problem. The company then ordered a sensor as the technician thought that was the problem. The oven still did not work, so the technician replaced the mother board. That was the problem all along. The technician was patient, eliminated each issue that was not causing the problem and re-built my oven. It works! I am totally satisfied with the work. CAUTION: do NOT use the cleaning cycle for oven cleaning. It's much too hot!!!!- Kathleen M.

Fantastic service. They were on time, work area was clean and they cared about getting it fixed. Vinny took pride in his work. The top rack in the dishwasher wasn't getting things clean. A new pump was needed. Vinny thought it would take a couple of days to get. But the boss, Stephen, called later to say they would have the part and finish the repair the very next day. Super happy. I would definitely recommend them to all!!!! Give Vinny a raise. 😊

Not very well. Refrigerator was leaking water when he left and the next day every time we requested water from the refrigerator the water leaked out of the bottom of the refrigerator. I called Mr Guerra 3 days in a row before I could speak to him. He said he would be out the next day. That was a week ago. He still has not called me. This was the worst experience I have had with an Angie’s List contractor. I am very disappointed with Guerra Services and disappointed with Angie’s List as well for listing Guerra Services as a preferred vendor. I would not recommend this appliance repair service to anyone

They did great... The technician for a bad relay and replaced it, all was completed very quickly and professionally. The bad new is that it never started cooling. More was wrong and the technician told us it was not worth repairing. The freezer was almost 20 years old so I agreed. They refunded everything except the service call fee. I was not expecting a refund so that was very good news. The whole experience was very professional and the customer service was great. If the need arises, I will be calling on their services again.
