"Dana is a pleasure to work with. Kind, professional, and customer obsessed. He accommodated to my schedule to visit my place for a first inspection, and he offered me all the right information I needed to bring an old hardwood floor back to its original beauty. He made a fair assessment of the work to be done and executed it in the span of a week since the first visit. Few days after, I noticed that parts of the floor look crumbly. I asked Dana to take a look at it and he realized that the heater in the house, blew dust over the floor as the finishing was drying. He took immediate action to remedy to this defect, offering to personally recoat the entire floor at no extra charge. Even if clearly busy with other projects, he insisted in taking care of this asap, and came to do the work in the evening. He followed up after a couple of days to make sure I was satisfied with the work. And man, i was! The floor looks brand new, smooth and solid. I just moved into this new house and moving furniture did not cause any scratch to the woods. I will hire Dana and Husby Hardwoods again in a heartbeat and i totally recommend their work."
