Experience matters. And Fred knows what he is doing. He quickly identified the problem with our electric dryer and now it's working again. He arrived on time and there were no extra charges.

They did what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it at the cost they quoted. Not much more to ask for.

I am thrilled!!! Called Monday, was able to schedule for Tuesday. David arrived, troubleshooted (troubleshot?) problem, picked up repair part (main control board), returned and installed it, and had my refrigerator back to normal operation in about 2-1/2 hours. Fantastic service!!! EMSP will be my go-to for appliance repairs!!

Josh called and asked if he could come before our scheduled time. He had on a mask and was very courteous. He explained what was wrong with my washer, went and got the part and fixed it within a reasonable time. The price he charged was more than fair. I will definitely call EMSP Appliance Repair if any issues arrive with my appliances

The wine fridge repair went very well. EMSP ordered a new motherboard and installed it a few days later. Also, EMSP is the only repair service in Tucson we have discovered that will work on Meile appliances. They are fixing our dryer which we thought we would have to replace. They are clean, fast, and efficient. I would use them again in a heartbeat. The owner, David, is a great guy.

Charlie is very polite, he was COVID safe. He walked us through everything that was going on with our furnace.

Saved us a bundle Victor at Rosano’s Appliance Repair saved us hundreds of dollars by asking a few questions and making a diagnosis on the phone — at no charge! Our five-year-old washing machine suddenly started making a loud clanking noise. The manufacturer suggested sending a technician to do a diagnosis starting at $125, then repairs at an additional hourly rate, plus parts with a minimum charge of $65. Another technician performed a video analysis with some disassembly and trouble-shooting. He proposed to replace the transmission for $200 plus labor. That’s when we called Victor. He had us wash a load of heavy cotton towels using a cycle that added the maximum amount of water. When there was no clanking noise, his diagnosis was that the cycle we had been using simply didn’t call for enough water. Because the machine wasn’t clanking or generating error codes, he found no repair was necessary and suggested making sure we used wash cycles that added enough water. Who knows what tomorrow may bring? What I know today is that my wife is happy to be able to use the washer again. In medicine and appliance repair, diagnosis is key!

Great! We bought a "lemon" that Sears refused to acknowledge over the past five years (know wonder they don't exist anymore). For five years we received an error message every 3-4 months from that Frigidaire refrigerator that the evaporative fan had given out, and it took 2.5-3.5 weeks for a tech to show up to repair it. Victor Herrera from A-Z Appliance Pro identified the problem, solved the problem, and confirmed that the "defective part" had its functioning impeded by icicles that were not supposed to form behind the panel protecting it--a design flaw! This refrigerator is and has always been a "lemon," he confirmed. For five years we were lied to by Sears and the company that carried their warranty contracts (by the way, they don't really cover food loss claims either). Mr. Herrera could have charged us nearly $400 to replace a part that was not defective, and we would have never been the wiser. Instead, he was honest, straight-forward and only charged us for a reasonable service call, plus, he gave us same day service.

Josh was excellent. He diagnosed the problem, gave us all the options available and completed the work. He had to order a part and again gave us the options. We elected to go ahead with him fixing the machine. He followed through and was very professional during the entire process. I would highly recommend them. We asked about having the dryer cleaned but when he looked at the hoses, he did not need to be done. I respected that honesty.

This company is definitely worth a 5 star rating! The technician (and owner) of this company is very professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and does outstanding installation work. His price for his service call is fair and reasonable. We needed to have our 27+ year old central vac unit removed and replaced as the motor finally wore itself out. The new DuoVac system that was installed is awesome... quiet and powerful. And at a great price for the quality you are getting, i.e., 25 year warranty! The technician was also able to troubleshoot a problem we were having with our vacuum hose assembly and with his input I was able to rework the hose assembly to 100% operation. You definitely will not be disappointed in the service, equipment, and quality this company provides.

Appliance Repair in Tucson

Our homes are full of appliances, from ice makers to garbage disposals. We rarely give them a second thought — until something goes wrong. You check a load of laundry and discover the washing machine has stopped, full of suds and wet clothes, and nothing you try will get it working again. Maybe you go to pour a glass of cold water, only to open the refrigerator and find it feels more like the Arizona desert than an icebox. You need a Tucson appliance repair pro fast, but where can you find one you trust?

Tucson residents are lucky to have a wide variety of professional repairmen available that can get appliances running again quickly. Some specialize in only one or two types of appliances while others offer general appliance repair. Alternatively, some repair shops may choose to focus on certain brands.

The problem, then, is less about the number of options and more about how to decide which Tucson appliance repair pro is best for you. Whose advice can you trust? Does your schedule make punctuality the most important factor in which repairman you choose? Do you need someone who’s comfortable working around kids? Maybe you have an industrious child who will be fascinated by watching the dishwasher get repaired.

Angie's List can help you answer such questions by showing you ratings and reviews of Tucson appliance repair pros left by homeowners like you. That will help you arrive at a hiring decision quickly and confidently. When an appliance issue disrupts your home, turn to Angie's List.
