"Tim came twice. The first time he went over financing with my uncle and I. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the different plans. Unfortunately the first time we were not approved for the loan. When we got approved , Tim came the next day to install my hot water heater. He did an excellent job in a short amount of time. Afterwards, Tim showed me all the ins and outs of the heater; how to light he heater how to turn off the gas , along with the outside gas meter in my back yard. Excellent service would recommended!"

"Juan not only came out, diagnosed the problem, identified a safety shortcut that the previous contractor cut corners on in regards to having a safety shut off valve for the gas in my garage by our hot water heater not just a valve outside the house on the way to the fire pit we where having installed. The bubble test and pressure test went great thank God!! However the lame contractor that started all this work that Infinity Plumbing had to come out and fix bought a propane fire pit and of course we are trying to hook this up to a natural gas line. So Juan being the stand up man he is, went out of his way to locate a custom pipe and fitting to hook my "propane style hookup" to a natural gas line.
