It was a great experience. I emailed them, and they responded right away. Unfortunately, the day the guy came to look at my window, I had literally just come home from putting my 15 year old pet down, and was a mess. Bless his heart he was faster than lightning. He measured the window and was gone before I knew it. They came back and installed the part I needed. I felt it was a high amount, but I donâ t work in windows, so I have no idea if that was reasonable or not. But for the customer service it was fine. I recommend using them! Very easy!

We cannot say enough good things about this company and the owner. . Ben was professional, kind and truly provided exceptional customer service! Things we didnâ t even notice on our glass door, he pointed them out and informed us he was replacing the door.
I am impressed with his integrity, punctuality and I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone who is looking for glass installation. I would give him 10 stars if I could!!
