The other companies bid without coming by. TexStar’s pricing was in line with the other bidders. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. She was always very responsive to questions I had and put together her pricing faster than her competitors. She did a fantastic job explaining how the system will work and what I need to do for my part in ensuring a reliable system. The county inspections went off without a hitch as well. So Angel allowed me to pay it out in installments. I am thankful for that. The crew was very professional and kind also. She also gave me a year free of bacteria to put in my septic. We bought our house about a year ago and this is my first learning experience with a septic tank, so obviously I’ve got quite a few questions. Erin was more than willing to talk me through several scenarios to determine what is going on before having to call AND pay for a septic company to come out to my property. Additionally, she referred me to a few local companies for a quick fix. Her customer service and knowledge are exceptional.
