He cleaned the tank, calculated the size of the tank, identified the make and model of the tank, and confirmed that it fills correctly. i.e. Proper rate of flow. All Pro PlumbingTeri and her team at All Pro Plumbing were able to quickly respond to our needs after our home had flooded due to a clogged main drain line. They sent out multiple employees multiple different times during a period, when we needed a large amount of work done. As a first time homeowner, we were unsure of what was happening within our pipes, and All Pro Plumbing did a fantastic job at providing information before, during, and after working, as well as always providing an upfront price for the work, so we were never surprised. Teri and her team were always willing to work with us and provide us with the best service and the best price possible. We had used other plumbing services prior to All Pro, and the customer service and response time do not compare. I called them at 9 am and by 1pm, Joe, their technician, called me to let me know he was on his way and 20 mins out. He was very professional, answered all my questions, explained to me the issues, told me what needed to be done to get us up and running and went to work once I gave him the go. The Clean Plumber made an appointment for the next day, showed up on time, brought the proper equipment, and snaked the drain for a reasonable price. The job was guaranteed for 30 days. When a subsequent back-up occurred, the technician came back the following day, re-snaked the line, and cleaned it again. We have had no further blockages. Thanks

If anyone is looking or needs work done relating to the septic or land fill, I HIGHLY recommend SOUTHEASTERN SEPTIC. We had stuff coming up our drains into the showers and in our front yard. I called several companies and in most cases leaving messages and waiting for call backs. Southeastern was actually the last one I called out of 5 and the first to call me back immediately. Some did not call me back for hours, and one even the next day for my emergency. Wayne from Southeastern came out within 2 hours and took the time with me. He helped me look at options and what would not just save me money, but fixed for the long term. (I did receive two other quotes that were several hundred dollars higher) During the process, he always returned my calls, answered my questions while always being professional. Seriously, Southeastern Septic will do you right!

This is the first time I used Believe Plumbing, but had such a GREAT EXPERIENCE they will be my go-to Plumbing co. moving forward if my home has a problem. A guy named Junior came to my home this week and spotted a tricky leak in under my crawlspace to fix. He did it in a timely manner and explained my option about what a full Re-pipe of my home would entail and approx. what it would cost. I live in a home that was built in 1925 and old homes are generally difficult for plumbing, but not when you have a Plumber who knows what they're doing. I've used Sun Plumbing & Septic twice. They've shown exceptional customer service. I first time I had a sink installed. I believe the sink installation costed around $275. Later, the caulk started to peel off, they redid the caulking for free. The second time, they diagnosed my toilet and replaced a deteriorated wax ring for $167. The tech took off $20 because it took him less time than expected and I live locally. Jeff the owner is very responsive and patient, and his techs demonstrate that same work ethic.
