Called multiple surveying companies with unusual project. None of the others could handle it, but Terminus never blinked. They were honest, thorough, and exceptionally easy to contact and work with. They went the extra 500 miles. I needed to contact them multiple times, and they answered immediately every time and handled every question and issue, even when it was just me being overly thorough and careful. At every stage and level, from the surveying to the legal descriptions to the deeds and processes, Terminus was always there for us. Always honest, professional and straightforward and took the time to explain everything. Great company at every stage and level. Met and/or talked to multiple members of the company from the surveyors to the office staff to the schedulers and legal describers. Great group.

Branch worked on the restoration of my home from flooding due to Tropical Storm Eta in November 2020. His experience in dealing with estimators and responding to requests for documentation by the Public Adjuster and the flood insurance company were invaluable. The finish work on the walls (mud/tape/texture/paint) was impeccable. Kitchen looks great. Tim was always available by text, cell or email 24/7.

My husband and I used this firm to help us determine whether or not we needed to install a beam in our ceiling during a 'do-it-yourself' remodel on our home. Mr. Hoffman was very professional, and answered all of our questions.
He explained all of our options and was upfront and honest about the time it would take to complete our project.
