I hired Vincent to paint my great room as well as my kitchen. He permitted me to purchase the materials and he provided the labor (which was ideal because we are on a massive budget crunch right now). I was beyond impressed, from ugly green to more modern colors. I am hoping to hire him again. He was super easy to work with. He was responsive right away via text anytime I had questions. He was affordable. The quality of his work surpassed my expectations (which were pretty high). He was flexible about requests and suggestions. He made smart recommendations and explained every step of the way what he would need/do, etc. and why. He was just as detail oriented as I was! He answered all of my questions and painted the ceiling! He worked quickly and was available to start right away. Vincent of WallSpace Creations has the highest recommendation that I can offer!

Project: Paint/Stain and repair cedar siding
We are giving an enthusiastic 5 star/thumbs up review of Preemo Painting and Repairs. We contacted Preemo in the fall of 2020 for an estimate. Anthony Carroso(owner) came out to evaluate our siding. We had numerous issues from woodpecker holes to rotting wood, and a piece of trim missing from one of our chimneys. Also, the last time we had our home painted/stained was 2014, so we were beyond the recommended 5 year painting cycle.
We received a very reasonable estimate, and were told that the work could not be done before winter, but they would do some temporary fixes to protect our home. Also, they guarantee all work as long as you stick to the 5 year repaint schedule.
Preemo started the work on March 28th and finished on April 3rd. All of the people who worked at our home were very considerate of us working inside, and they were all very knowledgeable and professional. The work they did was fantastic, and we are extremely happy with the results. Every area was repaired, including newly discovered problems we did not know about in the fall. The color was matched perfectly, and everything looks great. We wholeheartedly recommend Preemo Painting, and certainly plan on using them again in 5 years.

We hired Gerlyn to assemble and attach a 12 x 14 Yardistry Gazebo to our new cement patio. They also assembled and attached a privacy wall and counter to the Gazebo that we ordered along with our set.
