As an EMS Chief, I am told by those that I work with that I am very particular and demanding. At the same time I believe I am known for being fair. With this in mind,
I would recommend Anna and Mauricio of the Perez Corporation as they did an excellent job when they painted the complete interior of my town house as well as put in laminate flooring throughout. Octavio did a fantastic job or me. I asked him to tear down a wall to make a bigger closet and he ended up building the closet. He was punctual, honest and a very good and polished worker. I would recommend to anybody for really anything. I really enjoyed his work.

I was in need of knockdown repair/redo for ceilings in my family, living, dining and garage. 5Star came out provided options (patch/redo) , explained pros and cons and I went with a complete redo of the knockdown. They showed up as scheduled, accurately took the amount of time communicated, completed and cleaned better than expected. I highly recommend 5Star and if the need arises they will be first to call for any drywall/ceiling needs I have.

The owner, K. Richards, is very personable and reliable. He always arrived on time. If he was running behind, which was only once, he called to let me know and what time he would be arriving. His work was professional and of high quality. In addition to drywall repair and installation, he pointed a room and it was well done. I have some kitchen improvements I will be using him for those on the basis of the excellent work he has done for me. His costs were very reasonable.
