D, the contractor, responded to my Home Advisor request, scheduled a home visit , and provided a written estimate all within a week's time. He gave me excellent advice and a very reasonable estimate for the job., and actually fit me in and completed most of the work in one day ( removal of an old closet wall, an overhang, and repair of a ceiling). We're just waiting for the tiles to arrive to finish the work. D is accomplished in many areas of construction, so I didn't have to hire anyone else. I couldn't be happier with his work and intend to hire him for other jobs--a real find, I recommend highly.

Everything went right from the beginning. The techs from M&W arrived on time, are friendly and respectful. I showed them the project and they went to work. They identified a problem that could have ended my project. The customized product I purchased was too large for the opening. Most importantly, they had a solution. I approved and a short time later it was complete! I am so grateful that I chose M & W and would recommend their highly proficient professionals to anyone who wants a great job done at a fair price.

RR General Contractors put a large deck on the back of my house and me and my wife couldnâ t be happier.
Weâ ve had several projects bid out around the house and found the experience with other contractors to sometimes be frustrating from a communication and expectation standpoint. Not the case with RR. The entire experience has been stellar.
Rafael is a really good listener and communicator. He came to the project with ideas to make it better. He and his crew worked almost nonstop until the project was completed. The bid was reasonable, especially given the quality, and the bid proposal was detailed. Highly recommended.

Matt did a great job repairing, re-configuring, cleaning, and resealing our fencing. It looks great, and he is professional, friendly, and skilled. Online estimates and invoicing were also really convenient -- Esther is super efficient. I would recommend providing a description and/or drawing of what you need done in writing to eliminate possible confusion, but I would suggest that for any contractor.

Shannon was very responsive, went out of his way to gather our supplies during a run on that type of lumber, completed te work efficiently , was neat, and provide straight-forward advice on how to maintain the pergola.. I got three bids from other Home Advisor recommendations and his was the lowest.

Andre is a gem of a find as it goes with contractors these days. He does what he says he is going to do, shows up, and is a great problem solver! I hired him for multiple jobs on our total remodel: extensive drywall repairs including ceiling, range fan hood installation, kitchen faucet and plumbing conversion for single sink to double, bathroom and full length closet slider new door installs, minor relocation of our range outlet and deck powerwashing. All these jobs were done very well and any bumps in the road were tackled with the kind of creativity you can only get from a deep base of knowledge and experience. One of his most admirable traits is his persistence; he just doesn't let a project get the best of him.
He was always willing to share knowledge, which was invaluable for me as a first time "general contractor". We will most definitely be asking him over to our new house if we have the need!

We used DND Rich Construction to install a pocket door in our home. Not only is Doug very friendly, but he also did a great job! He dealt with some ordering issues we had with the door we wanted and was able to go above and beyond to correct this. Debbie is extremely friendly and very responsive. We had a huge project including residing, decking, railing, a deck cover, and whole house paint. Superior Home took on the work and delivered phenomenal results, we could not be happier. Ismael is an incredible craftsman, very intuitive to our vision with an eye for detail. The ideas we communicated to him were not only executed but consistently improved upon as he brought his experience to the table. His team was great, very friendly, and they worked hard and fast. Each day before they left, they would stack material and clean the job site leaving our yard free of debris which made the remodeling process a lot less invasive to everyday life. Upon completion, we spent a weekend absorbing the beautiful work of Ismael, and came up with our punch list: Absolutely nothing! Superior Homemade our project was a pleasure. I highly recommended them.

Reece Mauk General Contractor- Prairie Mountain Construction
Reece installed four windows and two exterior doors for our modular home, came took measurements and did all the ordering and scheduled deliveries of materials. In addition he replaced all the exterior window trim on then older windows to match the new ones, and correctly insulating the windows the Penguin Window Company (now debunked) had not done so. Reece built up the inside of all interior windows and added decorative trim not the quarter round that was original on them. I love the look of the new windows and doors, he installed all the hardware on the doors. He cleaned up all the materials from construction and sweep all the inside areas, bagging things as he went and hauled everything away. Reece was willing to answer any of our questions or concerns. A top notch contractor would highly recommend him. CCB#162247
