My wife and I are very satisfied with Major Homes installations over 25 years in two homes.They installed new roofing , leaders, gutters, siding, windows ( including a bow window) , shutters, and doors . After the major storm that blew through New York that probably affected many of you out their as well, it was tough trying to get a contractor (reputable and highly rated) to come out and look at my home for what I thought was just a quick roof repair (i guess some jobs are too small for some)â ¦ but not BluRock! Jesse came out the next evening 10:15pm was his only availability and was able to get on my roof and do a full inspection with his high powered lighting equipment and helper. He addressed a few issues that needed to be tended too and took pictures and videos for me to review myself. We came to the conclusion that the 20 year old roof needed a full replacement. BluRock was able to offer me 0% financing for 24 months and had the roof covered with a tarp that night before leaving. 2 days later, 3 trucks and 11 guys show up to my house and begin setting up for the job. I had ordered them lunch but they were already packed up and ready to head to their next install (chicken cutlet sandwiches are my favorite anyway). All I can say is good job and thank you to all of the members of the BluRock family that are able to make such unimaginable tasks look like a Saturday morning stroll through the park. I will be using you guys for my next projects come the years!!!

I had a leak in my living room ceiling. I thought it was coming from my awning. Odis arrived on time and sprayed water recreating the leak. He found it. Now I have to wait to see after several hard rains if the problem is fixed. So far so good, thanks Odis.

Was ok. Had to bring conditions and situations with the doors to his attention, not closing well, the hinge is not sitting in the cut out right, needed to cut more to fit it correctly and he worked on it to correct the problem. Doors need to be painted (only primer), and they were scuffed up here and there which I wish they were not. Buying new doors. And he did not remove the old doors correctly. At least helped to bring them to our trash. But other than that, they are working well.

They were amazing in the fact that they would take the time and explain what was being done. They would also make suggestions while giving me the pros and cons of each option. Incredibly efficient and neat!!!! They would clean up each day. Because of their quality of work, I've already had them remodel a few rooms, wood floors,, my 2nd kitchen, 2nd bathroom, and my garage. Highly recommend them and will be using them again in the near future.
