The roof had a few issues, I quite surprised that their estimate was lower than a couple of other estimates. They were prompt and they did good work. They sent photos of the completed work, I questioned a couple of hey did good work, they were prompt. The repairs were complete and I noticed that a couple of items were not to my satisfaction. I contacted the repair manager and within a day they came and completed the work.

Please accept this letter as my recommendation of Rick Mez and his company, Rhino Roofing. I have never written a letter of this nature for a contractor before, and it was not requested of me. However, because of the outstanding service I received, I felt compelled to do so. In my experience and particularly during this time, finding a quality company for home improvement services is extremely challenging. My experience with Rick was anything but that; his company and service was excellent from beginning to end.
I began collecting quotes on re-roofing my home back in February. There were several companies who didnâ t even bother returning my call. Rick responded immediately and swung by my home shortly to write up a proposal. He spoke with my husband at the time and although their interaction was brief, my husband mentioned how personable he was. After getting four estimates from local companies, we decided to go with Rick. While his estimate was the most reasonable, we also believed he would be responsive and timely. Due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we had to wait a few months before scheduling Rick to do our roof. We kept in contact with him during the wait and he always returned our calls and messages which only reinforced with us that we had chosen the right contractor.
Once the time came to schedule Rick, he was able to get our job in quickly. We hadnâ t discussed how long it would take to complete the job, but we werenâ t too concerned about it based on our interactions with Rick already - he had shown me pictures of the roof he was working on just prior to ours. Rick and his staff had our roof completed, from tear off to full replacement in just four days! We were very impressed with his workmanship, professionalism, and efficiency. I would and have recommended him to neighbors, friends, and family for all of their roofing needs.

Tear off and disposal was done the first day. Damaged sheeting and facial replaced and shingles installed the second day. A very well coordinated crew. Every worker knew hat they were doing and no one stood around waiting.
