Broad perspectives on travel, culture, current affairs and language
My name is Andrea LeDew. I live in North Florida. In college, I studied English, German and the law. I worked as a lawyer for a few years, then became a full-time mom to two girls and two boys. In that order.
My favorite things are travel, beautiful gardens, milk chocolate, mysteries and a well-turned phrase.
This blog contains poetry, short stories and essays. I touch on topics like Homeschooling, Politics, The Pandemic, Education, Motherhood, Autism, Writing, Grief and Gardening. Take a look around.
I homeschooled my two younger boys for ten years. One son has autism, which makes things more interesting. As we finish up this school-ish chapter of our lives, I look forward to sharing with you whatever comes next.
Getting comments and feedback is the part of blogging that is the most fun for me, so please don't be shy. There's a comment area under every post. And if you like what you see here, sign up, and you'll get a link to the latest posts by email every week!
