"I needed the glass in a sliding door replaced since the seal between the panes was broken and allowed dirt and condensation to get in between the glass. They came out and gave me an estimate, gave me an estimated time frame to replace the glass, and was very efficient. They also cleaned up the track so the sliding door moves much better as well. "Earl and his crew did a fantastic job. It started out as just fixing cracks in our living rm ceiling. But it extended into removing paneling off a closet and replacing with drywall, adding crown molding to the living rm and hall, removing a wall AC unit, fixing/painting that hole AND replacing the aluminum siding. The quality of workmanship was top notch. Earl even tightened/caulked our baseboards because he said the gaps were "driving him crazy." An OCD contractor is a good thing! More recently, Structural was hired again for surface water management on a sidewalk low area where they installed Ecoraster blocks that collect and direct water off the sidewalk. They also applied this Ecoraster solution to a hillside next to a building that was eroding badly. The solution is excellent. Pat does a good job of listening and recommending appropriate solutions for the issue."
