The initial mtg. was with a rep to discuss our budget and what we would like to accomplish. No pressuring into spending more which was so appreciative. We had them in for the first project to update out master bath, and then had them come back to update all the cabinets in both bathrooms and the kitchen. The master bath came out beautiful; they removed an old tub and installed a shower and tile floors. The painted cabinets definitely lightened things up. Couldn't be happier. The workers were friendly and considerate by spreading paper around to avoid trampling dust or paint throughout the house. Highly recommend them.

I highly recommend BCM London LLC as they did an amazing job refinishing our basement and creating a suite for my parents to move into. With nearly 1,900 sq. ft of living space they transformed our rendering into reality. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Salar, his father and the BCM team every step of the way. The estimate was not the lowest nor was it the highest. I was most impressed with the attention to detail in the response to my bid. Salar instilled a high level of confidence and was hands on during every phase. The project was completed on time and to the exact day as expected.

Iâ m really thankful I found the team at GHIR Construction. I have never been a do-it-yourself person â Iâ m just not that talented or so inclined. When asked if I wanted to pick out my own colors/cabinets/countertops - I replied Iâ d rather be at the beach! Last time a vendor asked me to pick out my choices/colors â it was 5+ years ago and they are still waiting! I realized I was in trouble when I stood in a store for an hour going in circles and ending up with nothing chosen. When I was shopping around for a remodeler this go-around, GHIR asked if I wanted to work with one of the design consultants â I leaped at that choice! Their design consultant looked at my outdated kitchen (22-year-old space) and postage stamp size living room and offered me choices of design changes, plus he narrowed down the color/cabinet choices! (I did not have to go to a store and search, he brought them to me to look at). They listened to what I needed and presented me with solutions. Now I have a very beautiful kitchen, bathrooms and functional space throughout the main area that flows. These guys are awesome, the end results were much more than I expected. Not to mention they put up with my endless questions over things I have no knowledge of and responded to all with respect and courtesy. Iâ ve had neighbors ask me to let them know first if I ever think of moving as they want a shot at buying my remodeled home. GHIR Construction took my house from a basic subdivision home to a custom elegant home plus added functionality. My neighbors are going to have to wait a while â I am not ever planning to moveâ ¦

GREAT Experience!!! Extremely satisfied with the work provided by Julio and his team (Ricardo and Jose) at Handy Dad on a master bathroom shower upgrade. Julio was incredibly responsive throughout the entire project - doing all the things a great project manager should. Phenomenal craftsmanship, work areas cleaned daily, and great follow through on every issue lead to hugely successful results.
I had never done a major renovation like this before, so I spent time researching this project to give myself basic knowledge of all the required pieces and how they work (plumbing, fixtures, tiling, etc). I think this is important to ensure the success of any project you want to take on. Julio came out to discuss my general ideas on the project and gave me a lot of confidence that this was the right team to choose for the job. I wanted to upgrade the old small dingy fiberglass builder-grade shower with a bigger custom shower with tile + new fixtures + wall niches + frameless glass door. I was able to provide my own material (tile, grout, shower fixtures + valves) and they would handle ALL the rest. The estimate came back in a few days and was more competitive than other companies I had pitched the project to. The payment schedule was agreeable and based on the positive reviews + conversations with Julio I had zero concerns with moving forward. Once I signed the contract they were able to start right away on the project without any delays. Protective covers were laid down in the house to prevent any damage to floors and carpet along the path to the bathroom, and we had a banter out front for all the demo material. The guys did a great job cleaning up space every day. At the end of each day, Julio would check in with me and address any issues and would let me know when the guys would show up the next day. Any time there was a scheduling delay, Julio was always responsive in letting me know what was going on. The end result was better than I could have imagined. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone, and they will be the first call for my next project.

They removed a garden tub, relocated and enlarged the shower and enlarged the master closet. We have large ornate crown molding we wanted to keep & Marty was able to closely replicate it allowing us to maintain the look that was originally there. They were willing to make suggested changes during the installation and worked hard to meet our expectations. They were on site daily until the project was finished and completed the project within the time period they had specified. Quality work and good time management.
They did a fantastic job.

The project was challenging. A shifting roof load caused an exterior log wall to bulge resulting in serious structural issues. What impressed me about Josiah Robey and Strong Construction was the firm s emphasis on quality repairs. He went the extra mile to diagnose the problems and resolve them. He takes the time to help the homeowner understand what he is doing and why. On time. On budget. Meets expectations. I would not hesitate to work with his company again.

We hired CRES Builders to finish our basement. Mirko had great ideas, listened to our vision and helped us get everything we wanted while staying within budget. We have done numerous remodeling projects to our house in the past few years and our experience with CRES Builders has by far been the best. Mirko provided weekly emails detailing what was being done each week along with a schedule for the upcoming week(s). Highly recommend!!

If I were to write all the reasons why Michael and GA Home Builders is amazing, this review would be a short novel. My husband and I had structural issues with our 3 story town home. We got 5 quotes from very reputable companies and off the bat, Michael was different than the others. He came over the same day I called him for him to look at the issues. He was the only contractor that didn't want to add on additional things and said he would save our flooring and ceilings if possible when doing the structural repairs. All the other contractors wanted to tear up our flooring and carpet and install new ones. Any major changes to your home is so stressful and finding an honest, trustworthy contractor is even harder. At the end of the day no matter what you're getting done to your home, you want a contractor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, understanding, and will communicate with you every step of the way and Michael does that. Our home is now structurally sound, we have a brand new gorgeous fireplace that we literally sent one picture and a description of what we wanted and he nailed it. I will always contact Michael for any remodeling/home repair needs. He goes above and beyond, has an eye for design and knows this industry like no other. I learned so much from him. Michael is amazing and the best, kindest contractor you'll ever meet. He wants to make his customers happy and will do what it takes. Thank you Michael for what feels like a new home! If you need anything done to your home, give him a call. You'll want to get many estimates and Michael should definitely be one of them.

Lonny and his crew was awesome to work with. He was always punctual and very professional. Prior to my project beginning he informed me each week what type of work would be done on my basement. If I had questions or concerns he would immediately respond back to me. I am throughly enjoying my new basement and it is now one of my favorite areas of my house.
