Not good - Josh came out to provide an estimate. He was very aggressive. Implied that we could not afford. My husband explained that we understood what he was saying and that he kept repeating himself. Hi left saying that he would provide an estimate, I contacted Heather twice and was told that we would receive an estimate no later than Thursday 5/13...to date, we have not received a response from Heather or Josh. Not sure how contractors are entering the homes of potential clients and assuming they are illiterate and don't have money. This is becoming disgraceful.

Jon cancelled our first designated date for a bid because he had to speak with a contractor. We mutually agreed on a different date for him to take a look at what needed to be done. Nobody showed up on that date. I called him and he was very apologetic and came quickly. However, I have not heard from him in over a week so went with a different company.

Rather than cancel the job, he made a special trip to the warehouse late on Saturday to get my part and was back within the hour. He did excellent work and went the extra mile in cleaning up the wiring mess from the previous owner of our house. He also gave me a garage door tune-up free (used a coupon I didn't even know was available to me). Highly recommend these guys.- Larry M.

Peak Roofing & ConstructionPeople in our community recommended Peak Roofing and Construction when I mentioned I had a gutter damage/leak issue. When I reached out to Peak, Charlie in sales offered to have someone come by the same day. Shortly thereafter, Brad Fuggle was there. Brad quickly diagnosed the issue, offered several repair options, and then quickly cleaned and repaired the damaged gutter. He even added a rain splash guard that I believe he molded on the spot to fit our gutter. Best of all, he added screws so I can easily remove/clean that gutter myself in the future.
