THE PERALTAS Remodeling & Services INC.This was the third time I have used The Peraltas, and I would use them again. I like the quality of their work, and the workers are very friendly and courteous. The principal, Sammy, stayed in contact and talked through issues as they came up. He also stopped by numerous times to check on how things were going. Most of the work was for a bathroom remodel, which was complicated by installing a new tub and fixtures in a new position, and by raising the ceiling. It looks great! I have already received compliments on how good things look. Completing the work was disrupted by Covid (virus) concerns; but when work resumed health precautions were followed, and the work was finished nicely. The work finished around September 11, 2020.- John C.

That being said, the project was completed by mid April. Rick O and his crew were professional, respectful of our privacy and of our needs, and maintained safe practices regarding the Covid pandemic. He's upfront and honest about everything and stays in contact with you throughout the project. Annie Does What Honey Don'tIt went absolutely great! Annie was very communicative throughout the entire process, and I never felt lost or confused as can happen with other contractors. After the freeze in Texas, Annie helped me to negotiate with my Insurance provider to get the amount of money that I needed for the repairs to my home. She was able to come out, prepare a quote, and have a team out to complete the work very quickly. Rick O's Construction & RemodelingOverall we are very happy with the work Rick O's did at our house. Rick gave fair pricing quick, upfront and itemized with enough detail to review. We had some back and forth on the proposal to ensure we were on the same page and agreed to the scope. Rick had us buy all of the material direct. So the value shown on this review is only for what we paid directly to Rick. The total was over $75000. During the process when we made changes we discussed them before they proceed and agreed on pricing instead of waiting to the end. The overall process took 13 1/2 weeks to complete two bathrooms effectively take down to bare studs and completely updated as well as replacing approximately 1000 SF of flooring in the front of our house with tile. We did the project in 3 phases doing one bathroom at a time so we could stay in the house during the remodel. Once they were complete they tackled the flooring in the front of the house. In total on 4 rooms in the house were not touched in some way. As you can imaging during the process we got pretty restless and impatient, but once it was complete we are thrilled. Danny Did ItBought home that was total redo. Bathrooms and kitchen gutted, walls removed between rooms, electrical redone and interior gas lines run and new fence in back with peek-a-boo gate for my furry love. Danny was recommended by my sis-n-law who did work for her and her neighbor had baths and kitchen redone. I saw that work and had him do bid which was the only one out of four bids that I knew he saw my vision and gave that bid. Felt like I wasn’t heard with the other three. Danny took time in the bidding evaluation to go thru each room and listen to what I wanted and I now have a “brand new” old house. So let Danny from Danny Did It do it to you.
