They did 4 separate projects for me over the last few months. (1) They repaired wall damage in a 1/2 bath and installed new flooring, vanity and toilet and painted (2) They installed new laminate flooring in master bedroom after removing ancient carpet. (3) They put in new vanity, toilet and cabinets in master bath and repainted. (4) They removed really ancient carpet in my den (garage conversion) and installed gorgeous laminate flooring and also had to do repair to a wall that had termite damage. James and Michael are very friendly and competent in their work. Just a bit sorry I don't have any more remodeling or upgrades to do (yet).

Craftsman worked with my insurance company to get this project going quickly. They also made sure I received every dime I was owed by my insurance company.
Unfortunately, the insurance company did not notice damage or do a very thorough inspection. They missed thousands of dollars of damage that I was due.
Once Craftsman took pictures to quantify and qualify the additional damage, my insurance company immediately wrote another check to cover everything. When the claim was accepted my roof was scheduled and completed quickly and professionally.
The communication from Craftsman was excellent and they were extremely efficient. When their crew arrived they started quickly and you could tell they knew what they were doing.
My roof was completed in one day. The gutters were completed in one day and the cleanup was very good. I was surprised by the complete removal of the waste and dumpster.
it is like Craftsman was never here, but all my damages were fixed and replaced perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone. Especially if you have significant hail damage.

The guys at Maupin were top notch. They started the work within a week of our initial visit. I had additional repairs and code upgrades not found on the initial insurance visit and Bob handled it all for me. Very professional company and the customer service is out of this world.
