'Unique Visitors' is the number of unduplicated (counted only once) visitors to your community website over the course of a specified time period.
The specified time frame used by inSided is 12 months from the start date of your contract. inSided uses a unique identifier (based on a first-party cookie) to keep track of users and to identify returning visitors vs unique visitors over the specific time period.
inSided uses its proprietary analytics tool to keep track of this.
